Very pleasant and comfortable stay...Friendly and helpful staff. Good ambience... beautiful views.. Although a bit interior location..there is no problem with safety. If I had to come back to Amritsar...I would surely choose this place

The location is the worst, the most isolated place. Booked it for husband’s birthday, completely ruined it by booking them. No major security measures were there. It feels completely in an isolated area, doesn’t feel like you are connected to the world. God forbid if any emergency arises, there is no way to reach anywhere as the approach road is shattered and the place is surrounded by just empty plots, it’s better not to book for couple or family. The staff is polite and even called us to ensure everything is safe, but it didn’t give a good and safe or warm vibes. We ended up staying at a much safer place, but not there.

Its not for ladies group or solo or one couple. Inside its a good property but its very isolated. Not secured. Left right are emply plots and roads are broken. No security . Pool is there . No doubt. But no secured. Anybody can take ur videos. |They have inside pictures on sites but outside view they have not shown as nothing is there outside. All bishes and emplty plots. We have one night booking and paid 50% advance. When we reach there they asked for balance money, they were not ready to serve us tea. Everything after balance money. Also staff was very untidy and not atall professional. We found no lady staff. We found no other person staying there . When we saud we are not staying here and refund at some amount to us, they were not ready. It was very bad experience and i will recommend if u are 3-4 couples or boys only then only good for staying

Elegant The property is wonderfully designed and built. The staff is really courteous and the service is definitely impeccable. The location is in a currently under construction area but there aren't any negatives about it. It is a positive since there is peace all around. We would definitely be returning because of the hospitality and the beautiful design. Rooms: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Location

Visited this for my partners birthday. Booked the villa which made us feel like we were in Bali again. Pool was clean as well as the room. Staff were very polite and welcoming. Place was noise free so we could relax and celebrate. Not to forget they did decorate the room upon my request which was very nice. Would definitely visit again🌸🌸

Had a really great experience at Cape House. The staff was super friendly and always ready to help. The manager deserves a special mention as he was amazing, very helpful, and made sure we were well taken care of. The overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming, which made the stay even better.

Had a wonderful stay at Cape House. The property itself is beautiful, but the hospitality stood out. The manager, Rameet, was extremely attentive and ensured every detail was taken care of with genuine warmth. Most of the staff were equally attentive and made the stay comfortable.

The cape house is a lovely place to stay! The rooms are exquisite- they are beautifully planned, very clean, and have all amenities. They are also very very spacious. The service was also spectacular. The host - Rammit - was a great guy, always ready to help, very kind. Will definitely be back to stay here in case we are to visit Amritsar again, and recommend it to everyone!
