Hotel location was very attractive. Room is well maintained and big size also washroom. Hotel restaurant food is tasty. Near ajmer railway station. Reception staff is helpful. Housekeeping staff mr. Bhupendra wsa very helpful also hk manager mr. Pawan Kumar nice person.|Thx all hotel staff.

Honest Review While the property has great potential and a beautiful setting, there is still considerable room for improvement to bring it up to the standard of other luxury hotels and resorts. • The staff are polite but need more consistent training to remain warm and welcoming at all times. • The rooms require maintenance attention; I noticed damp patches on the walls, and hot water supply was unreliable throughout the stay. • Food quality at lunch was satisfactory, but the breakfast spread needs significant enhancement (for example, the sambar was too watery and lacked the expected thickness and flavor). • Overall, the resort can deliver a truly luxurious experience, but stronger management focus is essential to achieve that. Additionally, I was charged extra for a 3–4 hour early check-in despite low occupancy. While the policy is understandable, accommodating such genuine requests without extra charges would go a long way in building goodwill and stronger guest relationships. Hotel service is good. Check in time great welcome with Arti Tika. Very nice welcome drink. My room is very good. Hill view location. Swimming pool is big size. Hotel food is good. Very tasty. Special thanks for Housekeeping team Mr. Pawan Kumar And front office Ms. Shaira.

We visited Clark Resort for a family holiday trip. The room was not very clean and had a bad smell. The restaurant service was also not good. Although the resort looks nice and has a historic feel, and the reception staff were good and cooperative, our overall experience was disappointing. If we ever plan another visit, we would say never, because the experience was not very good.

The rooms are without electric sockets, dustbins, towels and other common facilities. Bathroom fittings are not proper, pipes are leaking. Basically a pathetic place. The structure is good. It has a great appearance but the management need to step up the services and cleaning of the rooms. Their services are bad.

We had an amazing time at Clarks Resort, service is great, had our lunch here. Special thanks to Chanchal Chahar, who served us great ! Thanks will surey visit again.

Felt a bit dull and haunted vibe here. 200 rooms but handfull of guests. Felt sadness abt the owners daughters passing away. A bit over the top unnecessary decor with statues, helicopter and a boat. Staff was sweet. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Food is over priced and average. Paid almost 400rs for a coffee here.
