It’s good and safe resort, though not a Luxury hotel. I just booked it while travelling for seven hours without taking much details, i was lucky its a good hotel, affordable and clean and safe.

The photographs look great. The rooms were at best 2 star or average. The size of the deluxe room we got was nice. However the bathroom was a mess. The bum washer leaked into the floor and made a messy wet bathroom floor. The shower was not functioning. One had to have a bath with one hand while the other was keeping the water from the shower moving to the tap. Not very clean as well.

The resort is outstanding.. Very very clean n beautifully maintained.. The service by the staff is excellent, honest, humble, helpful.. Rooms are very comfortable.. Infact the whole stay was very comfortable specially with the great help by Mr.Amit.. The price was very reasonable. Breakfast n food was very well taken care of as per our taste. Must stay whenever in Ajmer..

The photographs look great on the website.|We were downgraded and when I asked they quietly shifted us to the deluxe room. I thought that was sneaky and cheap.||The rooms were at best 2 star or average. The size of the deluxe room we got was nice. However the bathroom was a mess. The bum washer leaked into the floor and made a messy wet bathroom floor. The shower was not functioning. One had to have a bath with one hand while the other was keeping the water from the shower moving to the tap. Not very clean as well.|No wifi in rooms. Network is also sketchy. So keep your devices on the side and spend some time in solitude with trucks on the highway honking as they pass by.|The attitude of the staff is weird as well. I called to ask for a few milk sachets and tea bags, the guy told me come and have chaii in the restaurant! I asked him is it a problem to send extra, he said he would send some. Never understood that!||Would not recommend!

The bed quality was absolutely terrible, making it hard to get a good night’s sleep. The included breakfast was very average and overly oily, not meeting basic standards. Additionally, we were shocked by the overpricing: a water bottle with an MRP of ₹20 was charged at ₹53, including a GST of ₹3. This kind of overcharging and lack of quality is unacceptable. Definitely not worth the stay!

Location is not so comfortable, no nearby shops, cab asks much more charges for transportation, no wifi, rooms are not very well maintained, food menu charges are very high. Overall very average stay

Pathetic service and pathetic behavior of Amit.. I guess he is Manager but the way he talks doesn’t look like manager.. I stayed there 3 times. But this time Amit ignored my calls when i called 3rd time he said i dnt want you to stay at my property.
