The Palm Resorts

Great rooms. Very polite staff, eager to help. The owner, Mr. Sumit was very helpful n down to earth. We stayed in the family room and it was super huge. They are a Pet friendly resort and that surely was a huge plus for us. Our doggie was equally welcomed!|We had a meal at their restaurant and that was truly a highlight.. All the items were yummy. Grateful to Kaluji for the recommendations.|We hope to enjoy their hospitality whenever we cross Bhilwara.

The resort is overall good. The things I don't like about was the tea and the coffee they serve which was Tasteless especially the tea, which was worst. I was a little surprised how they can provide such kind of tea , lthe food was amazing though. Also the thing I didn't like was the sheets and bed sheets they provide. Anyone can tell that they were not washed for quite a while. That's it. The room was good. The surrounding was amazing but I didn't like the sheets and the bed sheets which were very old and haven't been washed for a long time

Rooms are really good compare to price, it's outside the city so there is no city rush and all, rooms are quite big and there are lots of rooms available, Staff was really nice. lots of place for parking also. good for weddings and all they have pool also so can have party, also have big hall. will suggest definitely for weddings.

The room was just ok, there was a lack of maintenance in the kids play area and most of the rides were broken. Went to attend marriage so not use much on room service except some items for toddler.

Stayed here for a night enroute to Gurugram from Nasik. The property is beautiful and the staff are super friendly. The food though only vegetarian was very good. Felt very welcome and cared for. Point to note, we chose this place because it's let friendly and our 3 year old GSD also had tons of fun with the open spaces available.

Nice location, rooms are also good, but not feel safe when you come late night, or after 8pm, around 2 km route is from jungle, it's very dark and no lights. Even the resort is also don't have any overnight guest, so you may feel very lonely and unsafe. Food quality is good, but if u give any specific instructions for your food they don't follow. Overall good to stay for 1 night only. Not for long trip, as I'm here for a week for an official trip.

Good option for party near Bhilwara. But management not aware in food & beverages quality checking. We received expiry date bottles of water. What are you buy from outside, that was also check carefully. That was not may be your intention but vendors try to supply that to make more profit.

It's got spacious rooms, picturosque location and good facilities However, the management should have more interaction with the guests to make them comfortable. The floors level have sudden drops and rises (all toilet floors in the room are 6 to 8 inches above the room floor level) and the corridors have sudden drops, which can cause serious injuries in case the occupants do not look down while entering or are not careful. Also the door locks do not open easily. They should be replaced with better quality knobs. I would request the management to look into this aspect. Otherwise, everything else is good. We had a memorable stay...Please keep it up .
