Marudhar Resort Jaisalmer

Not a proper staff and there behavoiur. Very non cooperative and rude. I would not suggest any one this resorts. They don't have there name board on property but property board is shama Resorts. Nothing like resorts. Specially Jain people and small children will not have any choice in food. On breakfast time they say bread butter is finished where we already informed them 30 minutes before starting breakfast.

Very ignorant behaviour, very bad service, would never opt this place, Worst customer experience! The person who spoke to me was very rude and was changing the charges as per his wish and when asked he said it's his property and he would do what ever he want. Their response to our review is not true , We never asked anything for free and below screenshot clears says that we never spoke/asked anything for free!

Had a best experience in sam in the Marudhar Resort! Their facilities, their services and everything overall was fabulous! We had a lot of fun in the cultural programme… And the best thing we loved was the food each time!!

Nice & Beautiful Place & Staff is also familiar with customer , cleaning and hygiene maintained By resort managment, Food is also delicious..Taste of food is awesome and according to covid guidelines all staff is vaccinated... I am Fully Satisfied with Resort and it's managment.

It has been a tremendous stay experience and Marudhar Resort is one of those few resorts which is a real desert resort in reality. Marudhar Resort is in the middle of sand dune, in such a perfect location, we did not find any other resort’s location like Marudhar resort have. from Sunrise to Sunset everything which you imagine in a desert tour you will get there with no doubt. The staff of Marudhar Resort is also very active and Services are great by staff members everything is scheduled like safari time & cultural activities & camel ride & dj party & night view & siteseeing etc etc ,traditional food of there was also very tremendous. I would say that the my experience has been very good from there. It was a wonderful place to relax with the family. Soon we will visit again

Food was not good. No Hygiene. Water quality is not good its muddy. Poor location as no road. It's shama and Marudhar resort. They are partners as per their staff words. Not value for money.
