Rock Star Desert Camp

Didn't had a good experience. Facilities were not as expected. Food was of very low quality. Although the host arranged a nice meal late night but that was for the ones who raised the issue. It should be even for all. There were too much of ego clashes. Guest should respect them and the hosts should respect the guests.

Owner of this camp Alif behaviour was very rudely. He wasn't given facilities to us as per told during booking. When we complaint regarding that, he told that this is not 3 star hotel.If you don't want to stay here, pay full payment & find other. Low quality foods & third class tents. Very bad smell was in tents.bakvas

Lovely experience of staying there. Very good camps and big in size !! Very neat and clean camps. Bed line and bathrooms are very nice.... Located near sand dunes in SAM Village. One thing I found the best is the quality of food... Its awesome and they serve the best of daal bati churma !! Strongly recommended !!

It's worst, I have never experienced such a bad experience in my whole life, food, folk dance, tent, hygiene all were worst. We reached to the camp by 4pm till that time it was all ok, they have snatched 14k for 1 tent from us and after that they have let us entered in the camp premise. When we saw the tent, the whole scene was like there is a iron bed having 2 small size mattress and near two it there was a folding. It was all in mud bathroom, comod everything was in dust. We have booked the tent for 4 people and when we have booked it online they promised to provide on bed and 2 foldings. When we have asked them to arrange for one more folding bed they clearly denied and said that one if u have to sleep on floor bcoz we can provide only mattress. We took a deep breath and tried to overcome from it. In the evening their folk dance program started it was also like hell and finished by 8pm. After that the whole scene was so scary. Drunken people were dancing like hell, almost 30-40 people who were there. the camp owners guy they were roaming around with having stick and steel rods in the hand. By seeing them all the families who were there enjoying that folk dance program, marched to their tent ASAP. I were there till 9 and I didn't see any girl or Lady to come out from their tent. At that moment I was feeling like, I am hostage here. All of a sudden a police van stops at the gate of that camp, I was moving towards them and approached them to explain that here we are feeling very bad. One of the policeman replied that here we can't say anything if u r feeling unsafe go to ur tent and sleep and do not try to complain again. Here the thing works like this only and we can not do anything. After that they started eating there in the camp. By that time I was feeling like I m not in jaisalmer SAM sand dunes. I am in pak operated area where neither we can oppose nor we can ask to provide facilities as per ther promises bcoz when I left the tent these goons were beeting two guys with stick just bcoz they have questioned about the promised facilities. One more thing rockstar camp was only star camp when we booked online. They are fraud,traitors, goons. I do not even want to give a star, but to write this I have to.

The name of this Rockstar is only Rockstar.. so please no one likes this resort after seeing the name.. here..the owner and his staff..threatens to bury them on the ground...we come here with family ..... So first their safety is also important..... that's why friends.. don't like this resort at all.... it doesn't have any 💫💫 star rating... because its rating is given. ..for what it's worth.......flower hooliganism....resort..

Awesome place, awesome camp site. The staff is so friendly and the serves tasty dinner. Also the cultural dance show was awesome

Worst experience, they make you a fool and provide no facility. No water was coming during morning let alone hot water. No snacks served and program was more than waste of time. They charge a high amount looking at the customer.
