Hotel Chauhan Sheraton Resort by Mansingh Group

Nice little hotel. Staff very kind and helpful. Good breskfast (Indian) and dinner if you wish. Location is quite far from the lake ( around half an hour nice walk). Best thing - I felt that they really want us as their guests and to me it meant a lot!

Even if we arrived late in the night at the hotel, we were warmly welcomed by the team 🙏🏻 The breakfast we took was kindly prepared by Dharmendar and Deepak and was really tasty and complete !!! They share with us a beautiful view on Pushkar. That was really nice !!! We enjoyed the little time we spend in this hotel Thank you so much 🙏🏻

It was a nice experience, place and it's ambience is very serene and amazing and the food was tasty.Overall it was an excellent experience. We were treated with hospitality and affection. The staff is cordial and supportive. We recommend the place to other visitors too.

It was a grt stay in here .. shef Deepak was really helpful . Especially when he made veg biryani it was awesome .. also the morning breakfast poha n sandwich n paratha was grt and pineapple juice . I coincidently came here and stay was awesome

The property is very good in terms of view and location, a feel of a heritage hotel but only a heritage look won't be enough for a good experience of a guest who is paying a lot of money for a single day. lots of training is required for staff and their behavior towards guests. Management should keep an eye on service and employees. I must say staff are not at all trained for hospitality atleast. Food menu is huge but if we ask for something they don't have. They prepare only simple fixed dishes which are not even mentioned in menu card.. And they charged ₹50 for 1l water bottle.. We booked it for ₹4500, but not at all value for money. This was my own experience,

Nice hotel and i was before two day stay there is clean pool and food quwality is delicious and staff is friendly kamlesh and vikas good employees and room is mountain view feel like home amazing stay in hotel

One can say that Holi is best celebrated in Pushkar We had a fantastic stay in Pushkar. The property itself was clean, comfortable, well-maintained but what truly impressed us was the exceptional service provided by Mr. Ravi Sharma. He was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our stay, going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed.
