Desert Glamping

While the property is pretty average, what stands out is the horrible customer experience. Rudness at it's best, like they have done you a favor by letting you stay there. What they fail to understand is that a lot of us have traveled the world, seen the best of places with even better hospitality. You have a good property,only if you could compliment it with some humble behavior. You might be fantastic in your own space but when it comes to dealing with people and managing customer experience, you guys need a life coach. This is your passion, you earn from here, respect the profession and the people supporting the same.

Visited here with 100+ biker friends. Each one riding bike worth 10 lac plus, unfortunately we all were treated like trash. Management was rude and non supporting. Rooms were not tidy, bathroom were leaking. During winter hot water was provided for limited time. Rooms were are not well lit. Poor service. Overall I would never recommend or visit this place..

The resort manager is arrogant and doesn't know how to serve guests. We had booked the entire resort along with the other joint resort for our motorcycle event but the manager failed remarkably in serving the guests. He and the other female manager had a very arrogant attitude towards guests and didn't deliver what was promised. We stayed for 3 days and we were served the same food for all 3 days twice a day. Asking for even the basic things to them was a task as they were rude and outright denied even the basic things that should have been there. I wouldn't suggest anyone to book or stay in this resort as they'd have to deal with the manager's arrogant attitude.

One of the best places to stay. Had a great time with my family. Superb hospitality. Mr. Madan Choudhary & his team are extremely courteous. The cottages are well maintained & very spacious. Would certainly go there again and would recommend Desert Glamping.

My experience was terrible, in my opinion if anybody wants to spoil their trip only then they should visit this resort. The washroom, the rooms were pathetic. Even the management weren’t justifying their job, they were not hospitable and very disrespectful to the guests.I am very disappointed and don’t want to give even 1 star to the property as there is no option for a 0 star. Worst experience ever! I am sure this honest review will be deleted by the owner.
