Sterling Jaisinghgarh in Udaipur offers a decent experience but falls short of being exceptional. While the haveli-themed architecture and traditional art give it a cultural touch, some guests might find the overall ambiance just average rather than truly enchanting. The rooms are spacious and clean but lack standout features that leave a lasting impression. The rooftop dining provides nice views, yet the food, though authentic, may be considered okay but not remarkable by all visitors. Service is generally polite but can sometimes feel inconsistent in attentiveness. The amenities like the swimming pool and library are present but do not particularly enhance the stay beyond basic expectations. Overall, Sterling Jaisinghgarh might be suitable for travelers looking for a simple, hassle-free place without high expectations for luxury or extraordinary experiences. In summary, it is a middling option for accommodation in Udaipur—adequate, comfortable, but nothing to rave about.

Had a wonderful experience at Jaisinghgarh Sterling Resort Udaipur. The property is beautiful and well-maintained, offering a peaceful and scenic environment. The food was delicious, and the service throughout our stay was excellent. A special mention to Komal ma’am for her warm hospitality and helpful nature – she truly made our stay even more comfortable. Highly recommended!

Sterling Jaisamand in Udaipur offers a peaceful retreat with a scenic location near the lake. The property is well-maintained, and the overall ambiance is relaxing, with highlights including a rooftop restaurant offering beautiful views and a clean, well-kept swimming pool. However, in terms of leisure and recreational activities, the options are quite limited. The hotel lacks facilities such as a children’s play area, indoor games room, or other entertainment amenities, which may be a drawback for families or guests planning a longer stay. At present, the swimming pool and rooftop dining are the only major leisure features available. The highlight of the stay was undoubtedly the excellent staff and service—every team member was courteous, attentive, and eager to ensure a comfortable experience. While the stay is comfortable and the setting is serene, adding more recreational activities would greatly enhance the guest experience, particularly for families with children or groups looking for more on-site engagement.

The hotel is at a Good location in vicinity of The Oberoi Udai vilas so connectivity is good. Old city is at 10 min distance. The rooms have ample space with Heritage feel. Staff is Co operative and friendly. Large amount of options available in breakfast. Food is also great. You'll have a good experience.

We were 12 people (6 couples) checkin in this July at Jaisinghgarh. We booked 3 category rooms - Heritage Basic, Heritage Suite and Royal Suite (the costliest and luxurious one, as shown in MMT). 1. To our surprise, the Royal Suite were similar to Heritage Suite, there was no difference. On inquiring secretly, we came to know that Hotel management converts the Heritage Suite to Royal Suite as per the demand of Royal Suite Rooms. That means, they will charge for Royal Suite, but will offer you Heritage Suite only. 2. Swimming pool is too small, can't enjoy with your family and friends. 3. You will find multiple options in breakfast, but taste is not that great. We survived on bread-Butter and tea for breakfast. Hope this helps to those who are looking to stay in this property.

The Sterling Jaisinghgarh, Udaipur, is truly a must-visit gem! From the moment you arrive, you’re embraced by warmth, elegance, and unmatched hospitality. The luxury rooms are not only cosy but also tastefully designed, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style. The staff is exceptional—always courteous, ever-smiling, and genuinely eager to serve with unmatched dedication. A special mention to Amit, Prabhu, Dungar, Sudeshna, Kothur, and Sharabhi, whose attentive and gracious service made our stay incredibly memorable. Their professionalism combined with personal warmth truly reflects the spirit of hospitality at its finest. The food is absolutely delightful, freshly prepared, and tailored with care to match the guests’ preferences. Every dish served was a culinary treat, reflecting both skill and thoughtfulness. Sterling Jaisinghgarh doesn’t just offer a stay—it delivers an experience. Highly recommended for those seeking luxury, warmth, and unforgettable memories in Udaipur.

The hotel is okay. We booked royal suite but it was more like a premium room. Service was average and staff was polite. They have parking outside on street. There is restaurant but no bar.
