Mount View Retreat

We had high expectations for our stay at Mount View Retreat, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a terrible experience.||Firstly, the staff was incredibly uncooperative. Despite repeatedly asking for water, it was only provided after a long delay. This lack of basic hospitality was just the beginning of our problems.||The overall environment was not inviting or family-friendly at all. The resort's atmosphere was far from what we anticipated. The food quality was poor, making eating there an unpleasant ordeal.||Cleanliness was another major issue. The resort was poorly maintained, and it was evident that they do not prioritize hygiene. This made our stay uncomfortable and worrisome.||To make matters worse, the resort did not live up to the pictures they advertise online. It felt more like a guest house than a resort, which was misleading and disappointing. The service was subpar, adding to the frustration of our stay.||Overall, our experience at Mount View Retreat was the worst we've ever had. I strongly advise against staying here, as it is a complete waste of money and time.||SPECIAL NOTE : Dont rely on pictures, search well before going!

Worst Experience ever. Taken Lots of hidden charges, Even taken charges for water which always comes in stay cost. Promised about private Swimming pool not given at all No Room Cleaning took place within 3 days No proper washroom They are not cleaning pool also after others use. Booked full villa for 3 days and Regreted alot.

I booked suit room here, is clean but very bad smelling when we are staying. Bathroom is dirty, Service is very slow. Food is good but most of iteam is not available. I book suit with breakfast but there is only aloo paratha and poha available in breakfast.

The place and the location is really exceptional, whole property is surrounded by mountains where you can experience sunrise as well as sunset. The pool is usable and apt. Deep.the food of this place is really delicious,, the tea, we had it atleast 3 times a day it was really good, and services were all really good and satisfying. But the rooms are not up to the mark, some bathrooms have broken taps, and 1-2 if them are really cramped, but still they are pretty usable! . But they provided excellent service and delicious food. Also the restaurant is beautiful you can see mountains all around while having your food. The overall experience of this place is Excellent and the popular locations of udaipur are all closeby.

I was booked mount view retreat for my wife birthday and it was a great experiance. They organized very well food was tasty service was excellent and all guest was happy with there hospitality. I suggest all to try once and enjoy your food with excellent service. Thanks mount view team and owner to make my function memorable.

Stinky place. Last minute booking gave us no option. Photos have filters. So don't book the hotel rooms just by seeing pics. Service is pathetic. Himmat Singh was the only serving well. Charges are far more high compared to food and drinks outside. Overall bad experience.

It's one of the superb budget property with all good modern amenities. Easy accessible from city. Centrally located & all sightseen places are nearby. Keep & quite place, with very good view. Restaurant is very good. Food quality & taste of food is superb. Really love to visit that place again.||Property owner Mr Bhawar himself give personal attention to every guest & check comfort level of guest personally.||Keep it up & all the best for future.
