Fantastic Stay & Outstanding Hospitality! Had an amazing time at Surya Beach Resort, Ramanathapuram. The highlight of our stay was definitely their top-notch customer service and friendly staff behavior. The property is well-maintained with a peaceful beachside vibe, perfect for relaxation. Highly recommended for families and friends. Will definitely visit again!

May 17th 2024 I booked this resort online by looking at the picture posted all around the internet. When I entered and saw the rooms, it was worst than any slum. Complete dark, lizards cockroaches roaming all round. No AC and when I switched on the fan, I felt it will going to fall on me any time. None of us has dare to stay in that room. ||We went to saw the swimming pool, and pool looks like a gutter filled with all the filthy things. ||We spoke to the front desk on this and they accepted online booking team cheat by showing 15yrs old pic. ||All of us felt this resort is not livable. We asked for refund, but they said there is no refund for online booking. ||So I left this place with small kids searching for other hotels. I lost Rs 8500, in addition pain of searching other hotels in the blazing sun (puduchery is extremely hot). ||My suggestion don't book online. Physical see this resort with your own eyes and then decide if you have dare to stay in this resort.

Very worst maintained. Bathrooms are too ugly. A/c not working in rooms. Swimming pool is too dusty and no maintenance. No wifi. No breakfast. Not changing pillow covers and bed spread. Rooms are like booth bungalows. No maintenance in gardens. Finally don't come to this resort and don't refer to others

I had an amazing stay at this resort! The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The resort is very near to Auroville beach. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, with stunning views that made every morning special. The pool area and beach were perfectly maintained, offering a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. I’d highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable getaway!

Very nice resort, very good facilities and swimming. Auroville beach is just behind hotel, adarsh, arafat, sabari and rangarajan.. all front office staffs are nice and friendly.. very down to earth. Available for everytime. We come again and definitely recommend to every frieds and family.
