Paradise Vana Vilasa Homestay Swimming pool

Had a pleasant and relaxing stay at this beautiful resort. The atmosphere was calm, the rooms were well maintained, and the service was excellent. Special thanks to Ms. Vinnarasi for her warm hospitality and helpful support—she made our experience even better.

Property is 11Km away from Pundicherry town. AC was not working Properly, not even fixed after complain. No complementary breakfast, but it includes in one night stay. Most of the Visiting sites are far distance from this property.

Normally we aren't a critical family where we try and understand the circumstances. But this place folks, it's a must avoid place. 1. Extremely badly maintained rooms. 2. Ac's don't work. 3. They overcharge you during checkout saying electricity is a separate charge. 4. Would not recommend this place until and unless you don't have a option to stay in auroville. 5. Breakfast is served as per their timings and you need to follow up on everything. 6. No water to bathe. Hence need to wake up the boy in charge there and that too if you are lucky enough to find him. 7. The person who maintains the space - came across cordial but only later we realised he ensures he fleeces guests, well tried his luck. 8. Person or contact while making reservations made all sorts of promises and the moment we checked in she disappeared with no trace inspite of repeated followups. We had chosen this place only because they allow pets - which we realised that it isn't a conducive place for pets either leave alone humans. Like I mentioned -- auroville does have trust worthy options. One might find a better place if well planned and not last minute like ours, or through a known resource.
