Sai beach house

Great location and perfect for a one-night stay with friends. Clean rooms and spaces, ideal for group gatherings. The owner is supportive and responsive to any needs. The caretaker's behavior was a significant drawback. He was rude, entered the property without our permission, and communicated in an unfriendly manner, which affected the overall experience.

Family reunion for Diwali celebration...Two nights we stayed. It was a nice stay.. Caretaker was there to help us. He cooked us some dishes.. especially Pepper Chicken was excellent..Home made food by Catering service also available. Bedrooms and Bathrooms were properly maintained..Minor plumbing defects.. There is a kitchen to prepare dishes..but not sufficient vessels..no electric kettle,tumblers and tea cups.. Nice resort for family and friends get-together..Enjoyed a lot

Have a good experience. swimming pool was well maintained during our stay,good service. Especially that caretaker would cook for us which is very good in taste.overall very good experience in that place recommended place for family and friends chill out.

Went for an office party. It's actually a house which is atleast 800 meters away from the beach. But rooms and rest rooms all were good and clean. Swimming pool was clean. But there isn't anyone to help or take care

Overall experience was good. Loved the pool and had a 30 member get together there. Cost was nominal and it is a fun filled place. Don’t miss it

This is one Villa where can we spend time with family and friends.. rooms are avg but service is good.. they have one cook who can prepare food with pre order. It is very near to beach and walkable.

Great place for a weekend stay with family. Neatly maintained. Only drawback is the AC in one of the rooms wasn't in good condition which disrupted the night sleep. Still, would recommend it to my friends

Awesome property.. the bookings were very smooth and user friendly.. the property was well maintained and the caretaker was very humble.. we had our official meetings and hangouts there which was well appreciated by all.. we were 12 people.... ! Swiming pool was well maintained.. bedrooms and restroom were near and clean.. after a long time we had this official get-together.. we even cooked our self and explored the chef in ourselves.. will definitely refer to my colleagues and friends.. Planning to take my family to Sai beach house probably next to next weekend..
