Run Down Hotel . With zero service. Food is also mediocre. Run by govt . Very nice managed . The staff does not know how to handle guests. No litt . Avoid it you can.

This was our nightmarish hotel. We found that our rooms were taken by someone else. Instead of suite room, normal room was given to us with no adjustment of money. Staff behaviour was atrocious. Rooms were horrible. Food was 3rd class. Worst hotel ever.

Govt.run hotel. Spacious rooms. But maintenance is not up to the mark. Food is ok.

The only saving grace of this place is the room size. It gives off a old world charm with a huge poster bed and a separate bed for kids. The suite rooms are huge and quite affordable in off season. But thats where all the good ends. The service is quite bad, even simple requests take ages to be fulfilled(ask for water/towels). The worst is that every morning there would be no water; you check with them and they tell you the motor is running and tank is getting filled. But then you have to wait like over an hour for that to happen. My gripe is why wait till the water is empty in the tanks to switch on the motor 🤷‍♂️. And mind you this isn’t a one of incident, this continued for all the 3 days of my stay. Would I recommend it- not unless you can’t find anywhere else in budget.

We spent an weekend & the resort was too good.. the rooms very spacious, with separate beds for kids, with proper working geyser. Foods served were yummilicious... especially the Sambhar & Rasam served by chef Prabhu they were finger Licking... my Gujju was loved the taste & was drinking the Rasam. Must try the southindian meals & the Rasam. The morning mist view were really amazing...

Please please please. Go anywhere but here. There was no one to tell us that this is such a horrible place to stay, maybe because no one has stayed in this haunted house forever but let me help you to make a better decision. This is like a very old hotel which is not in use anymore. Don't be fooled by the pictures you see online. The rooms stink, there's mud water in the bathroom as if it has not been used since ages. Let's not even talk about the service because there's no staff. The poor guard was actually shocked to see us there and said they're not taking any bookings and when I said we have already booked through MMT and it is paid, he called someone who looked lost. He acted to take the photocopy of my identity card but guess what, that was also not working because days after we left I got continuous calls to email my Aadhar to them as they don't have the proof. There's no lift, clean linens, towels or crockery. Please don't stay here just to save some money. There are a lot more better places which you can find. When we called for room service after seeing their extensive menu kept on the table, they said the kitchen is closed and we can order from swiggy or Zomato. I asked if breakfast was available, but they again said no. A few minutes later they called again to ask what we want for breakfast, when I asked the options they said only idli and dosa will be available. There was a power cut at the time when I asked for the timings of breakfast. They didn't even bothered to call back again to ask if we wanted breakfast or not. Such an unprofessional employee(s). We know how we stayed there for one night. It was a horrible experience. Such a beautiful property is getting maligned by poor management. This is not WORTH a single penny of yours. We suffered, you don't have to. Choose wisely. Sick.

Never opt this hotel which fails to offer basic amenities I stayed here for 2days but geysers was not working inspite of complaining to the help desk they sent the technician at the time check out. Pathetic service. Apart from the spacious room and decent view nothing else is good. Complementary breakfast is good enough to skip order from outside. Further it’s so inconvenient to travel to the town area as this hotel location is pretty remote and hard to get conveyance other than book an expensive cab to go nearby places.
