The Peak Resorts

It was a wonderful experience at The Peak Resort. We had a great time. The Very First Thing To tell about this resort is it's view. Whether it is Sunrise or Sunset We can just sit and enjoy that beautiful scenery. Still I remember the time I spent by the sunset time with a cup of tea. And Each and every staff member was very kind. In addition The guy Tamizh was very very kind and humble, whenever we need something we can reach out to him and he will help us no matter what. The food they have provided feels like a home. Wherever we go in the day time we'll return back asap to have dinner in the resort. I'm not that impressed with their restaurant ambience but the food they have provided is making us forget it. The only thing they can improve is the kettle for each room. Even though they're giving hot water when we ask, But if we had a kettle in our room it would be more useful. I strongly recommend this resort for their Place, Food & Room Services.

An unforgettable experience from start to finish! From the spacious rooms to the breathtaking beauty of nature, this place truly feels like paradise. Waking up to the sun's rays peeking through the clouds, accompanied by a refreshing chill breeze, was nothing short of magical. The property is impeccably maintained, with a stunning garden that's perfect for capturing beautiful moments. The food—both breakfast and dinner—was absolutely delicious, adding a wonderful touch to our stay. A special thank you to the entire team for making this journey so memorable, and for organizing the unforgettable Bon Fire experience. Truly an oasis of peace and beauty—highly recommend! Decent view and excellent food. Rooms were small. Dining staff seemed inexperienced, but overall a budget-friendly stay.

I stayed in november, The room was very good and the outside environment was also very nice. I have not stayed in a standard room. Food is not bad but high cost. The complimentary breakfast was really excellent. A hot water issue is there. The heater is available in the bathroom but can get hot water for only 10 mins after having to wait for 30 mins to get it again.

Very pathetic experience with the staff. We checked in the room and found they gave us the room with already used bed sheets and bath towels. Both the bed sheets and bath towels found literally brown with hairs of the previous guest. We asked them to change all of those and they gave towels which were again dirty and in the same condition. We asked the receptionist and he argued saying they can’t do any such services after 5pm since the house keeping staff leaves at 5 and receptionist person was very rude and showing too much attitude and was least bothered about the guests or service which they were supposed to do. Later they provided a different room after raising so much concern (though they were very irresponsible and least bothered to the concerns). Then we had to dispose the used tea cups of the previous guest from the second room as well.We kept the those cups outside the room and after one day they collected that when we ordered food. Ingane about the availability of house keeping staff and their service. They will hardly come and help us to take out the baggage’s from the car and keep in the room. We have to follow up for everything for multiple times. Water heaters operate only from 6-10(morning and evening). So that’s it if you miss. Spending around 16k for 3 nights for one room and had very pathetic experience and literally we ourselves had to do the cleaning of our room though we were on vacation. I definitely don’t recommend this hotel due to unhygienic services, peak attitude of staff and underrated hospitality. Literally this is ‘The ‘’peak’’ resort’ in all negative aspects.

The resort is located on the sivanadi road near chettiar park. This resort is known for its enchanting view giving location. The rooms are neat and compact, provided with attached washrooms. A cubboard is available in every room where you can store things and accessories. A mirror with side stand and television also available. They provide two types of rooms one is two person room and another one four or five person where they will provide two cots. If we want, we can ask for extra cot, they will provide a mattress with pillow and blankets. But it's extra chargeable. This Resort is provided with spacious parking facility in front of the resort. A restaurant is available in the resort itself where we can order our food by giving our order before itself. Fire camp is available, they will arrange if we ask for but it is also chargeable. They are providing breakfast as compliment. All the tourist places are located near the resort , mostly 10km Radius which include places like , kurinji murugan temple,lake view point, liril falls,coakers walkway, pillars rock, suicide view point, Guna caves, pine forest and so on . Hotels also located 5 km distant from the resort.

With a lot of expectations from the review we went to the peak resorts. The resort’s location is the only positives, but the overall experience was frustrating. The customer service was extremely poor and unprofessional. Despite booking online with specific inclusions, the staff refused to provide them without additional payment. For example, we had to argue for 30 minutes just to get the child bed that was already included in the booking. This level of service is unacceptable and misleading. The room was very small, and the beds were uncomfortable,barely suitable for two adults. The overall stay did not meet expectations, and the constant hassle with the staff left a negative impression. Would not recommend this resort unless they significantly improve their service quality and professionalism. And special mention to Mr Tamiz , he s a good and polite one .

Resort was in a nice location with beautiful views and weather. Rooms were too small and heaters were not available. Wifi connectivity was also very spotty in certain rooms. The food available in the restaurant was decent in quality.
