CRAIGMORE by Kodai Resort

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this resort, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The ambience is absolutely amazing – serene, beautifully maintained, and designed in a way that instantly makes you feel relaxed and at peace. Every corner of the property has a touch of elegance and comfort, making it the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The food was another highlight of my stay. I had a wonderful stay at Craigmore in Kodaikanal. The location is peaceful with beautiful views, and the rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable The staff were very friendly kind and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. The food was tasty, and the breakfast also very nice plenty of variety. It’s a perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. Highly recommended! Car parking right outside our villa is super helpful will visit again !!!!

I stayed at this hotel in August, and the experience was truly wonderful. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and offered a stunning view from the balcony that was absolutely eye-catching. The entire staff was very humble, friendly, and always willing to help. We had requested a birthday setup, and they arranged it with great perfection, making the celebration extra special. The food was excellent in both quality and quantity. Overall, it was an amazing stay, and I would highly recommend this place.

Recently we visited Craigmore at Kodaikanal, it’s a very hygienic and a nice property, indeed the staffs are very kind. The food is good..Bit away from city centre which is good and peaceful..Safe for family. Rooms are down the slope, so we will have to walk over the footsteps to reach restaurant or to go outside, bit difficult for elders who struggle to climb over but they have road access till the rooms and if you have vehicle you can make use of it (not convenient but if you can adjust !!) Overall I am 100% satisfied to give them full marks…

We loved the stay at Craigmore. The rooms were very spacious and extremely clean. Hygiene was very well maintained in the entire resort.. The staff were very friendly and supportive. Breakfast included a wide variety of items, which were very tasty. We would surely recommend the resort for families.

We stayed here for a couple of days, and it was truly a great experience. The team was very prompt and thoughtful in responding to our booking and arranging everything smoothly. We stayed in the heritage part of the property, which features modernized vintage rooms. The room had a lovely anteroom with a separate door leading to the garden area — a pleasant surprise that added to the charm and coziness of our stay. It was nice to explore the property and its facilities. They have a small but well-maintained pool (not a temperature controlled one) and a shed for indoor games, including a table tennis table. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. What makes the experience even more delightful is the warm, attentive attitude of the staff — each and every one of them.

Great location - close to Kodai city yet quiet, ideal for a family break. Service was mixed: most staff were polite, but one receptionist was impatient and dismissive with queries. Overall, comfortable stay and lovely setting, but service consistency and kitchen quality needs improvement.
