NillThis place is truly a hidden gem. The staff were incredibly helpful and made the entire experience seamless. The location is peaceful and beautiful, offering a perfect escape from the usual chaos. What made the stay even more special was the exceptional food — every dish was next level in both taste and presentation. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay.

NillI had a terrible experience during my one-night stay. After midnight, the electricity went out — and there was no generator backup. Imagine spending the whole night without power. I tried calling the reception multiple times but got no response. With no way to go outside or seek help, it was a very uncomfortable and helpless situation. Electricity was finally restored only after 8 AM via generator. The staff were surprisingly indifferent and unhelpful. To make things worse, the breakfast served was among the worst I’ve ever had. Think twice before booking this place — I certainly won’t be returning.

NillWe booked for a 1 night stay in merriment via MMT and i would say its a biggest mistake of my life, i don't have anything to mention as pros. 1. Rooms are stinking with alcohol, only view is ok. 2. We had health issues after consuming the breakfast. 3. No electricity. Avoid this place and book somewhere else for a peaceful stay.

NillThe location and view from the room was great and staff hospitality was also good. The room also has proximity to dolphin nose trek and echo viewpoint. But the dinner taste was not upto the mark. There were also a lot of areas of improvement like water in the bathroom was hard and dirty. In one room the water pressure was very minimal. The rooms on the first floor have proper drinking water filter while rooms on the ground floor have a normal bisleri canister in which water was dirty. Resort should ensure proper water filters across the rooms. We tried getting the canister replaced but nothing happened. The rooms are not value for money during weekends and are unnecessarily expensive.

Nillhotel is only 22 days old as of today when writing review. no proper 4 wheeler parking no food after 9pm no hot water after 10am no soap in hand wash. poor service. very hard to reach the hotel in rainy days. just one extra star for good view through rooms. the property can be very good, but owner does not want to maintain.

Nill"The valley view was stunning, especially at sunset. You can see the rolling hills. It felt very peaceful and open, almost like being on top of the world. The room itself was spacious and bright, and I loved watching the city lights come on in the evening—it felt magical."

Food was so tasty and very authentic typical southside style...We(Karthik, Sathish, Tamil, Manoj, Arunsankkar, Tirupathi and KKK @C1,C2 and C3) had great feel and comfortable stay like hometown@ your place.....
