The view from the room is awesome and breath taking. I wish could stay here for longer time. I strongly prefer for staying in this location for everyone. Demerits is they don't have cooking facilities . Completed the parking one our visit.

I had the pleasure of staying in Shafa Homestay by StaySpot perched on top of vattakanal, and it was nothing short of magical. I've been visiting vatta since 2013. The views were breathtaking—sunrises that painted the sky, and evenings wrapped in mist and tranquility. I took the couple suite cottage, which can accomodate two couples. The cottage itself was cozy, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to blend with the natural surroundings. Loved the bell and small practical things inside the room. What truly stood out was the peaceful atmosphere and the genuine hospitality. Jaya, the caretaker of the property is a gem of a person. It is truly necessary to disconnect from the chaos and reconnect with nature. Loved the animal friends who connected with me in this experience. Highly recommended for anyone(couples especially) seeking calm, comfort, and a touch of rustic charm. They also have separate cottage to enjoy with your bro gang. Complimentary breakfast can be improved a lil bit. Five out of five.

Service and rooms are very good. The view from The rooms are awesome. Just one suggestion is that please provide a proper name board on the roadside.
