Beautiful place to stay. U feel you are inside a botanical Garden all over the resort. Great care by the management towards the tiny plants and flowers. Food is too good in this restaurant. One improvement to be done is they should replace the bed type which was used was not cautionary as expected.

The service was great. The breakfast was nice and tasty. Took a lot of photos. Just one con is that the location is 5km from Kodaikanal Bus stand and the taxi drivers charge 100 rs per KM. So it takes atleast 500 from bus stand and 1k both ways. So calculate 1k extra per day in your stay expenses if you don't have own vehicle.

We 4 Frds had stayed in Kodai Heaven for couple of days, their Hospitality and Cleanliness is awesome 🤩 we had very good time and their Eggs and Cheese Sandwich’s were tasty 🤤 they have a ton of plants around rooms and their property which is a beauty for the Hotel.

Been to kodaikanal many times, this time stayed at kodai heaven amazing place to relax and enjoy with your friends, family & colleagues. Provided with complimentary breakfast which was better than other paid restaurants. Staff and management were very supportive. To point out hot water service was not upto the level need to improve. Good parking space holds 10 - 15 cars.

Very limited veg options. We ordered Paneer crispy that was pathetic. You can park your vehicles in their parking lot if you are going to Dolphin nose point as there is no parking space. 3 stars is only due to location and for the view.

1. Location is in vattakanal, and hence the access to the resort was terrific. Access road was very narrow and hence not advisable for newbie drivers. More than driving, its about give and take, using a single lane as two way lane. But once you reach the resort you have private parking space. 2. View from the resort was amazing, as you see the clouds below your eye level, especially if you opted for the villas at higher levels. 3. Comfort is ok, don't expect a star hotel like experience, however it's not bad, and we (our family) had a sound sleep. 4. Service was good, they attend to all your needs. 5. In house restaurant takes care of your stomachs basic needs if not a feast. Ambience was good. Overall it's a must try place.

It was a great stay for 6 days in The Kodai Haven. The hotel is picture perfect with a lot of nice amenities and magnanimous views. The environment is soothing and keeps you on your toes in terms of its changing weather. The room service is also good.
