It was the worst experience of my life. The rooms are not at all good. The walls of rooms are not clean. The door locks are broken. The blankets were not dusted. I sneezed through the whole night. The heaters are not working. Even in the bathrooms there is no privacy. The ventilation holes are not covered. I dont know what kind of hotel does this.It was just waste of money. Never take your family to this hotel if you need safelty.Its not at all safe there. Never recommend this to anyone. Beware everyone.

Showed one property photo it was ok for us so i paid 3300 advance but 1 day before arriving suddenly he said that EB got problem so will give another property. As it was family trip i said ok & went there.After reaching there really shocked to see the rooms it was like unused old property which is not worth for 1000 rs per night. He said TV is there but after reaching he is saying story for Unworking TV Then fought with him & asked for refund he just refunded 2300 rs for 3300 advance paid. If you are planning with family don’t ever trust & pay advance just after seeing the property pay money.

This is a name which exists only digitally. There were no sign boards or directions anywhere near. Was more kind of Airbnb stay. We were greeted by none. Saw the hotel staff only for around 30 mins during the stay. Even while checking out there were none. But we faced no issues during our stay. Finding a place to dine is the worst issue we faced. They don't have in-house diner. And there's is no decent restaurants in a walking distance. Except the location the rest was good. We had a pleasant stay.

This place is okay if you are paying around 1500. I paid 5k to stay in this moist, stinking room with unprofessional service. Hot water is available for limited period imagine in otty u will have to use cold water.

We stayed here for 2 Nights Hot Water available at Terrace you will have the amazing view with nice place for your dinner food from out side

This is the worst place in Ooty.Gyser is there but without hot water.Bad odour in the room...
