I stayed at the hotel with my colleagues. The entrance to the property is narrow, so we were unable to park our bus inside. The attitude of the manager and staff was terrible. There was no room service available, and they didn't even provide drinking water in the rooms. When we asked for water, they simply told us it was available outside the rooms. Considering Ooty is a very cold place, how can one be expected to drink water kept outside? The toilet was terrible, with no basic cleaning provided."

Good place to stay. Rooms were clean. Morning complementary break fast was were tasty. Small feedback is toilet is located 70-100m away from room

Nice and decent ambiance, wheather and location are at peak. Early morning sunrise is very eye soothing.

Pics are misleading. Washrooms are away from rooms. And rooms are away from common area/restaurant. No basic room service. Poor hygiene. Staff is rude. Very inconvenient aand Not recommended with kids.

It was a perfect time to travel during nov-dec, first and foremost the location is surreal and what we saw online is thousand times better in real …..staffs were professional enough also the food from their cafe was good 💗 Would love to visit again 💗💗

This resort manage ment is very bad service There is not allowed out side food Canteen food is very expensive One tea price is 150 Cappuccino (machine tea) 250🤌 Porotta 45 etc Its very high price and bad quality food The entrance of the resort is very narrow All of its not good very bad There is common bathroom not single toilet available Canteen food not worth for that price

Very bad place for stay. The receptionist is very rude and they don’t care about us. They keep us waiting for check in and respond very rudely. Also the room is very small and you can’t even stand there. Also there is no table chair etc to keep your baggage or any other items. Not recommended to any one. You can stay in a good hotel for less amount than paying here. Don’t fall for the YouTube videos and photos they upload. Restaurant is also very bad. Don’t even know how to make a mojito and the price are high. We checked in and within 10 mins we searched for another hotel and moved there. Very bad experience
