Beautiful location with stunning garden views and spacious rooms. Perfect for a peaceful getaway. Staff is friendly, but service can be slow at times (especially hot water and room service). Food is decent, though a bit pricey. Great ambiance overall—worth it if booked at the right price.

Service and food was great… staff was friendly… the only one negative point will be the management can afford food for drivers in the package itself they are charging extra for drivers food … other than that everything was good and overall good experience

Very very bad experience staff are not even responding and treating us like their we are their staff not us not even helping us to put our luggage at room and giving opposite replies they have no manners to talk and our excitement was high before going but after going it was very bad

Location wise this is amazing and not too far from main market - Service is pathetic, very less staff, it takes hours to complete the service : for example we asked for bath towel and they took 1 hour to provide -Hot water is an issue, it works till 10 am and then automatically stops, you need to ask reception to make it available and after call it takes around 15-30 mint. - again you need to switch on tap for 10 minutes to get hot water, which takes time if u need urgently hot water.. offcourse wastage of water as well. - restaurant food and breakfast is not good(1/5) (seprate reviews given on restaurant google link) , we order 4 food item around 8:30 PM, we got dinner around 9:50 PM - it was peak season so we had to spend alot of money as room tarriff but honestly this hotel is not worth. If you get 2000 per night for delux room then this should be fine. We opted for premium room( around 10k per night )as that was only room available, it was huge room area was more than 800sqft , backside entry , backside view.. room was so large that it was not getting warmer and completely chilled. So if you have group of 7-8 this is fine, at the end we ended up downgrading the room without downgrading price

Staff was very helpful and conveninent espeacially staff name Mr.subeesh and location very nice I recommended for specially families.
