Worst Hotel Staff is very rude only one person is handling whole thing and too very rude person. Food is also not so good. Cleanliness is soo bad,providing nothing in room neither tea sache neither changing towels any day,not cleaning washroom and room also. Totally waste of money.

We went as 11 adults and 3 children 1. Not worthy as per cost 2. The open area is very small, But inside the leaving hall is wide, with chairs and tables. 3. Fire Camp they will arrange with extra cost1500/-, but after spending 10-20minutes they will ask us to stop as they don't have permission, even around 9pm itself. 4. Homely Food, taste is good. 5. Resort View is below average. 6. Service is good.

Room was decent. Had done the bookings there but unfortunately, the room they were offering had bad odour coming from the nearby carrot field. Later, they did rearranged the room in a nearby property. So it was all comfortable.

Had a great stay, they provided us a good Villa; spacious and had a luxury feel.they provided us with breakfast. We had kitchen also with gas and utensils; they provided extra beds and blankets too. It was a great stay.

Awesome place !! Went with my family and it was an amazing experience. Ambience outside and inside is picturesque. Staff are very friendly and humble. Made us feel home ! The rooms are clean, organized and comfortable. Place is not really accessible to the main road but nevertheless we got help from the staff to get there on calling them. There isn't much variety of food options ,especially veg. Can't get hot water all day long despite the cold weather. It is available only until 9:30 am. Could improve on these aspects. Would love to visit again. Thanks to the team

Vegetarian people please be careful while booking this resort. We were 4 people & had booked 2rooms deluxe room & deluxe room with balcony for 3 nights from 27th to 30 September 2023.We had looked this through booking. Com. 1.They served us chicken fried rice where in we repeatedly told the them that we have 2 persons who are pure vegetarian. After eating the rice they realised that it had chicken in it. After few minutes they started vomiting & felt unwell 2. We informed them they just said sorry. 3. For breakfast they served stale bread not even toasted with jam. We asked for butter they said they don’t provided. Upma with rasam which was cold & tasteless. 4 the room charges was rs 4000/- per night with breakfast. Whereas we had to eat what they provide not as per our choice 5. Deluxe room with balcony is so small that we didn’t have any place after keeping our suitcase. There was seepage in walls the blankets were stinking as if not washed for ages 6. Next day we left the hotel & booked other hotel. 7. There were anbso unapologetic for serving non vegetarian food to vegetarian people.
