I regret to share a disappointing experience at this resort. The room service was the worst, and the owner's behavior was unpleasant. The place had a pervasive smell, unhygienic restrooms, and is not recommended for families and also for bachelors due to these issues. The bedspread was filthy, adorned with stains and cigarette ashes.

Fake room photos in maps .Our trip was totally ruined by this so called resort. They provide used bedsheet which had vomit stain and cigarette ashes and they don’t even clean the room before check-in. We vacated this resort at midnight 3 to save our lives from this unhygienic place and travelled all the way from Pondicherry to Chennai on new year night without refund. If you want to see a pictorial representation of unhygienic,filthy,infectious place kindly visit there. Please send me the owner number if anyone knows. Please aware of these kind of SCAMMERS

Totally a unhygienic place. Scamming people by getting entire money before check in and not taking any action if you complain about cleanliness. Bed and blanket smells so bad that we couldn’t even breathe. I made a mistake by not looking at reviews and blindly booked it. Rude management.

I stayed in room number 102, it is mind blowing experience. Room is very big. Only constraint was you surely need your vehicle for transport since nothing is near to this resort so if you are planning to stay here- good but go with vehicle. Rest it is very good

Vanam resort is located in Tamil Nadu, not in Pondicherry. If you're having your own vehicle then it will be perfect for you to commute. If didn't have a vehicle, you can use rental bikes near Auroville. If you go for a cab then you need to pay hefty charges. This resort is located very near Auroville. Overall experience is good. Overall it's a pleasant and wonderful resort if you're looking for peace of mind.

Lovely place surrounded by plants , isolated area which is peaceful and calm. The rooms in the ground floor are usual rooms with perfect facilities like ac, mattress, bedsheets provided with cupboard ,towels and that has attached restroom with facilities like heater and everything. The upper room has a free space Along with it which is lovely. The most I liked about that room was more spacious and free space outside the room. Perfect place for families and friends who wants to enjoy holiday in a farm with satisfactory facilities.
