Brindavanam resort

We had a fantastic weekend at the hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. Our room was clean, spacious, and had a beautiful view. The amenities, especially the pool and balcony, were top-notch. Overall, it was a relaxing area with friends and family.

This property is away from the main road. Rooms are clean and friendly staff. Pool can be maintained well. We found frogs in it. Food is not good and I feel it is over priced.

We loved this place, as we were surrounded between huge coconut trees and it was peaceful. The service person was available for us all the time during the stay providing us with great hospitality. But, the swimming pool was available only till 10 pm. Except for that l, everything was great

One of the worst experience i ever had in recent. It's not at all suitable for families and ambience, maintenance, cleanliness is too bad. If you are planning to go Pondicherry with family, just stay away from this guys. Literally they will make your life hell.

A peaceful experience with friends. Swimming pool is so nice and the natural environment around made us feel so undistrubing from the polluted world. And the location is very near to pondicherry main town on one side and near to suroville on the other side... Will visit aging soo with another group of friends and families

Last week we stayed in this property. It was amazing , rooms are really neat and the complementary break fast was very delicious. Our friends really enjoyed in the pool area... Coconut farm was really nice ... I really suggest this place for pleasent stay . All staff members are really kind and good ..

I recently stayed at brindavanam resort and was thoroughly disappointed with my experience. The room was dirty and outdated, with stained carpets and a broken air conditioner. The bed was uncomfortable, and the pillows were flat. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, rude, taking ages to respond to our requests. The complementary food was not provided . The pool was dirty. To top it off, the resort charged us extra for amenities that were supposed to be included in the package. The Wi-Fi was slow and kept disconnecting, making it difficult to stay connected with family and friends back home. Overall, our stay at Resort was a disaster. We wouldn't recommend it to anyone and will never be back.

This place is good for bachelors to have drinks party- nothing more. No security, no safety. Property is so poorly maintained. First of all this cannot be called as a resort, its a mansion with a swimming pool. Rooms are decent. With family, no one should even think about this. Far from all main locations. Swimming pool was acidic😩, damaged our clothes. Entire colour of clothes being leached. Horrible Really not worthy to stay here.
