The team made sure we were comfortable at every stage, and their hospitality felt more like a family welcoming us rather than just a regular stay. The birthday decoration arrangements were absolutely wonderful. They didn’t just decorate — they created a complete surprise experience with so many thoughtful touches that made the celebration extra special and memorable for us. Seeing my daughter so happy was the best part of the trip. The staff deserves a big appreciation. Every single person was extremely kind, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. An incredible stay that surpassed all my expectations. The villa's location above the hill offers stunning views, and the private waterfall in the back is a magical touch. Had a great stay at this villa! Best part is the privacy and super calm atmosphere perfect place to relax and switch off. The private falls was a big highlight and made the experience even more special. The food they provide is really good, and the staff were very helpful and responsive whenever we needed anything. There’s no mobile signal, but WiFi is available, which actually helps you disconnect and enjoy the place more. It’s a bit far from the city, but once you reach, the peace and vibe make the distance totally worth it. Special mention to their decorations for special event they do it beautifully. Truly a nice getaway, highly recommend this place!

The stay was absolutely WONDERFUL! A perfect blend of comfort and luxury . This is a beautiful hotel! It's clean and has a lot of comfort items to make you feel at home. We're in town for a stressful event, and coming back to this Room was very peaceful.

Location is beautiful and blessed with nature landscape containing water fall and good rooms for family n bachelor. Service need to be improvised in terms of morning tea, food taste but I am pleased by the hospitality of the staff attempting to manage the situation. People should carry some snacks with them as there are no shops in vicinity for longer duration. Should visit surely once
