Overall rating 2/10 1. Cleanliness very poor especially washroom.. 2. Bedsheets n pillow cover looks they just reuse ,it's smelly n we demand for change. 3. Room service very poor lack of staff only Gopi moving around n serve 4. Ordered dinner 7pm...dinner served at 10pm 5. Very loud songs played at parking area ,as tough wedding function..until we have to call management n ask for volume reduction 6.Dinner order Roti ..served brota.. 7. Morning 7am no water in tap ..have to call them to on the pump... Overall very unsatisfied with the stay,yet costs was Rp4000 for 2 pax.

If u are thinking about family stay. Strongly not recommended. Rooms are not maintained to the standard. Restaurant in pathetic state. Saw atleast 20rats jumping and playing in the kitchen. For day stay and office get to gether and meeting it's ok place. But for that consider about food. From sirumalai road it deviates from a church to approximately 500mts offroad. Single car access road.

We stayed for a night in Coffee county resorts..The location the big structure and the rooms were nice..But the main problem was deficiency of staff..The maintenance and cleanliness of the whole property was not given due importance!!The worst part is they made the customers hungry all time not providing food in time.. Pathetic to see small kids and old people laundering near dining area longing for meals to be provided!!Though the food was delicious ,kudos to the chef,he didn't have enough staff to help him out to make food ready in time for people staying.. Definitely won't come back to this resort or recommend to anyone!!

Individual attention not there. Wifi signal not there Rooms service to be increased. Vegetarian items are not concentrated. Only NV foods are good

Property is good. Maintenance is not upto the mark. Kids play area looked rustic & hanging bridge in the pond is damaged. Food was ok but served a bit later than the expected time.

One of the worst resorts and also they will manipulate. We stayed for 2 days our room charge is 8k and the food charge is 12 k. In fact we didn't had 3 meals out 9 meals + we have tiffin complimentary. We came as bachelor's and for relaxation But they thought we drank and forgot about the bill. They don't deserve anything and also it's business give and take. You give best service and vise verse we will be happy and will inform others to enjoy this resort. But I have only one thing please enjoy nearby resorts. Please don't go to such the worst resorts.

Food and Room was not good.. my family had heavy vomiting and fever.. For photo shoot it is worth coming..
