Hotel SNS Grand Inn

Nice stay in this place. Rooms are neatly maintained and having hot water facility in all rooms. Only disadvantage is not having restaurent but they bring orders from outside if ordered in advance. Employees are very helpful but limited staff available. There are a lot of improvements that can be done to rate 5/5, but still I go again for location and staff friendly nature. The swimming pool must be improved to maintain without insects which is obviously an issue in all hill stations.

Excellent Hotel, Good looking rooms, nominal price and staffs are very friendly. It has an attached swimming pool suitable for children & women's and it has quite a relaxing garden with a camp fire facility. I personally recommend this place to my friends and family.

We went as a group of 7 families.. had great time.. staffs are cooperative specially Johnson for extending support to make the stay as comfortable as possible… Lawn n pool facility for families is a plus..

Nice place to stay in SNS grand inn with decent staff and big clean room with attached balcony. The Rooms, stay was very nice. The receptionist Mr.Johnson was very kind and pleasing, helped us in all aspects. The room with swimming pool view was the best of all. Definitely would suggest for a peaceful stay for friends and family

The Rooms, stay was very nice. The hospitality provided by Mr.Johnson was very kind and pleasing, helped us in all aspects. The room with swimming pool view was the best of all. Definitely would suggest for a peaceful family stay.

The hotel Non AC rooms was verbally booked with Mr. Siva (Manager in Emarald Dove Resort) who said emerald is full.He can provide in SNS Hotel. The rooms are small, swimming pool is also 4 feet only kids can play. AC rooms are high cost. The manager of SNS hotel made us wait for 20 Min. As ambiance was not good. I don't recommend this to family n friends.
