Dolphin Resort yelagiri

We had a comfy stay at this place. The food was authentic home cooked food. There was ample car parking space. The water in swimming pool was so clean and it was a private space. They were so concerned and very helpful when we had medical emergency. On the whole, we had a great service from their side.

Excellent Resort, service oriented resort , staffs are very helpful. Grean and quite environment , cleaning I give 10 out of 10. Well maintained pool. They provide excellent home made food can't beat the taste and quality. For there guest all paid tourist spot we get 10% discount dolphin had tie-up with them. Highly recommended to all kind of travellers. Special thanks to Mr. Vinoth owner of the property he is helping minded guy. Sure we visit again with full croud of our family.

Location is good, has a swimming pool and a small park to relax .but hygiene wise I felt below average especially bathroom is too congested and not clean and curtains full of stains . Booked for 2 days with complimentary breakfast, but while checking out gave handwritten bill adding the breakfast cost too .not very professional. Only 2 200ml water bottles given ,all extra bottle of water chargeable.if staying for multiple days they neither clean the room or change the toiletries next day or towels, if ask for another toothpaste next day ,they r like need to check, if available wud give . And later gave. Food is average, if order tea or snacks wud be served after an hour or more.Even above dining area tables are not clean, full of stains. Not worth the price I felt. Reading the previous great reviews I booked there,but disappointed.

I can understand ther are fake reviews here. Reality is... there are no service staff who will care and help you. Very unhygenic... garbage is kept right outside rooms. Swimming pool non functional... not clean, so much dust in there. We saw a great Instagram video and booked this resort. There is no restaurant.. you have to order, they will bring the food and give it to you in plates. Waste of money

resort located at pleasant area,celebrate your weekend or holiday peacefully and food is good,indoor games also available you can enjoy, swimming pool, cycling,carrom board, shuttle cork,and many things are available, if you want go and enjoy the holidays.

Decent accomodation with swimming pool and indoor games. Kids enjoyed. If you're planning family trip, then ensure you're on the weekends, for more guests along with your stay. Appreciating local staffs and supports provided. A decent, budget friendly accommodation and ideal for family and groups.

There is no doubt that the atmosphere is quite relaxing for all age groups. However, the staffs in the resort need to step up and resolve the customer issues rather than ignoring the customer. We asked toootpaste in the Morning to refresh ourselves and they said we'll not provide any toothpaste for our customer. It's not a big deal for us to buy a toothpaste when we are paying 3500 for a room per day. We forget to buy the toothpaste and the response we got for a small toothpaste was quite unacceptable. Do you think that we need to drive nearly 2-3 kms to buy a toothpaste? Please put your customer first and provide a simple toothpaste which costs you not more than 15 Rupees. Thanks for bringing out the water bottle concern by replying to my review. I request everyone planning to visit this resort in near future please carry water bottle with you. They will provide two small 200 mL water bottles and there is no RO water facility available here. I will not gain anything by spreading fake review. Please improve your customer service rather than replying to reviews with broken English.
