Be warned! This hotel misrepresents itself online. The advertised amenities are unavailable, and the website photos are misleading. Staff, including the owner, are unhelpful and arrogant. When I questioned the missing facilities, they dismissively said finding any room in Yelagiri is a feat and these amenities shouldn't be expected. The price is outrageous for the poor quality room. This seems like a budget option for single travelers only. Families beware: they might move you to a different property altogether! Don't trust their claims – they are deceptive!

Accessibility is a issue, the way to this accommodation is not at all paved, dumped with construction debris. No street lights, seems so remote. The attenders were supportive. TV not working, one of the plugs points were not working. Location was calm and peaceful, with good water supply. Bit costly for the amenities provided.

If there's less than one star review I would have given that. One of the worst experience staying in this resort, no hot water, food is very bad, bathroom are not clean at all. On our stay normal water was also not there and we had to wait for hours to get the issue resolved. Most of all they never returned the balance amount which they are supposed to pay us. Don't ever go to this resort their service will spoil your entire vacation.

The only best point about the place is it's very very near to main point .. The rooms and cleanliness were ok. There is no hot water though and also there is also fluctuations in electricity .u would never know when it goes..u need to call the host and get it done..

Everything was good.. Nice ambience.. Perfect Home stay. Would be better if they serve food, atleast tea, coffee

Don't expect anything here to be a low maintenance hotel, just a room hall empty outside and terrace with a dirty place.

Worst Resort! No Hot water saying no power, no plug point to charge phones, no TV, No water to drink!!!! OMG! They guys are sure vacation crashers! :-(
