It was a good experience & memory we had in the Summer House Resort. It's a small property in the heart of the town, nevertheless from the main road it will be quite challenging to cover few meters to reach the resort. We stayed in a Premium Triple Room (if you look for a little luxury, book Villa type room) with an affordable price (thanks to Agoda) including complimentary breakfast and a 20% discount on all food and snacks (which was a steal deal). The room was spacious and comfortable for us (2 adults & 2 kids). It had a mini refrigerator, electric kettle, toiletries (soap, shampoo, towel, toothbrush and toothpaste) & bottled water. Free WiFi, but very weak (BSNL 😂). The TV connection was TN GOVT which had many Tamil channels and few channels for kids, no English channels available. There was play area (very small) for my kids which had a swing, seesaw and slide. Also, a dog which entertained my kids daily. Food was great and exceeded my expectations. The chef and the crew, staffs were very friendly. The price of food I would say, slightly $$$. Overall it's a good place to stay and I  recommend this property!

The cottage was very very nice with a nice view. But room service leaves a lot to be desired. The phones in the room don't work. They are under staffed and getting them on the phone is quite difficult. Room cleaning requests are not honoured in time. Connectivity sucks big time. 10Mbps speed on the WiFi which gets disconnected often. TV did not work in one of the rooms and we couldn't get the service staff to fix it. The good things about this place are the three cottages, parking space and the view of the valley. The food cooked in their restaurant was good as well.

Room is average. Food is not at all worth for money. Poor service. Better choose someothe best hotel if you need luxurious one.

I was stayed in Summer House Resort along with my family members, before booking we have doubted about the resort but after visited the property my entire family enjoyed the stay in Villa with private garden room, new infrastructure and the room furnished was so good . i m giving rating 4.5 out of 5 stars. We planned one more visit to the property. We all thank you to all the Summer House Staff’s for a memorable stay at yercaud.

Room's is very cleaning and toilet also very cleaning. Big size room's satisfied stay Restaurant Also very good & food's taste wise wonderful. Resort top view point Super and photo shoot place also Available nice place. Service support Very good Night resort view such a beautiful ❤️ Safety satisfied. The hotel is good, rooms are very spacious, clean including the toilets. Complimentary breakfast included, parking is decently spacious (4cars can be parked). Dheena Service is good and Arun cooks well and fast also communicates well with guests!! One con i would say is that food menu pricing are on higher end.

We booked a premium room for Rs 5000 and checked in sometime in April, 2024. The room was dirty and horrible, we were offered another premium room. This room had dirty and broken tiles, cockroaches and ceiling fans that did not work. After many complaints, we were able to change our room to a better mountain view room for an additional Rs 1000. They should not have even displayed the premium rooms on their website. I would have given this resort a 0 star if this option was available. The premium rooms were not even worth Rs 1000. The restaurant is very unhygienic and I dont think they ever clean the restaurant tables properly.||The photos on the website are misleading, the rooms and resort is actually very small. In fact, this is not a resort, this just a small hotel. Please don't choose this hotel.||If for some reason you need to choose this resort, please donot choose the premium rooms, instead choose the mountain view room.
