Room maintanence was good. Thanks to Sundar. Breakfast menu was good. Dinner could have been better. Stayed for 4 days, dinner on last day was good. However, the dinner during other 3 days were very average as it was made for a larger audience like conference attending people and they missed quality when handling large scale

The rooms were compact and felt like a maze, but everything else was simply perfect. The food was thoughtfully curated, with the chef personally checking to ensure everything was to our liking. During my visit, the weather was rainy, and it got dark early, but the resort provided a few games to keep guests entertained. Overall, it was a great experience and views are fantastic (to all rooms)

Woww beautiful property! The rooms face the valley and its absolutely wow! The mornings are mesmerizing. The construction of the property is nature friendly and sit right into the hill. They have a lot of activities planned within the property both indoor and outdoor. They have a good kids play area too. They also provide spa and massages...and its decently priced. They have a good restaurant and rates are pretty high considering that this is a premium property. Service is good not great. One disadvantage of this property is the number of steps that we need to go through to reach the reception and then to the rooms. Its pretty had for the elderly and handicapped. Apart from this, the property is a delight. You can jus relax, walk to the nearby silk garden, rose garden etc.. its lovely 😍

An old and outdated resort with a big fat price tag surviving due to its great location and views. The management includes 10% service charge even on a water bottle. Beaware of the type of room you book online beforehand as they will have hidden charges. There are too many big rats around the resort. The staff and management are uncooperative. Not suitable for old age people as there are only steps and no access to lifts. CONSIDER GOING TO OTHER NEW RESORTS FOR BETTER VALUE FOR MONEY AS THIS RESORT IS ONLY SURVIVING DUE TO THE VIEWS.

We had an amazing experience and stay at sterling yercaud. Great service and hospitality from all staffs and housekeeping. Especially to mention one MR.Prasath for taking good care of our stay. Food at the restaurant zing was too good to suit the climate. Rooms have amazing balcony view. Sunset and sunrise views are unforgettable. Discovery central has very good activities planned each day to keep the stay fun and light. Overall, sterling made it a memorable vacation for us!

We celebrated a special occasion our 7th wedding anniversary at Sterling Hotel, and it turned out to be an unforgettable experience. Although we've visited many hotels and resorts before, this one stood out for its unique charm. The valley view and amphitheater programs created a distinct and soothing vibe that we absolutely loved. We enjoyed the delicious food, engaging indoor games, and the highlight of the evening a beautifully arranged candlelight dinner. I would like to give special thanks to Mr. Ajay, a catering trainee, who went above and beyond to make our evening memorable. His dedication and friendly attitude truly impressed us. Despite being a young trainee, he displayed exceptional professionalism and creativity in decorating our dinner setup. Thank you, Sterling Hotel, for making our anniversary so special. We will cherish these memories forever... Otherwise my suggestion for improvement your hotel Room facilities cleanliness would be improve. Space of room and bathroom also improve.And try to reduce walkable distance from room to anywhere in campus.

The room service, housekeeping, and food experience were extremely disappointing. We had to wait nearly 90 minutes for any dish to be delivered to our room, despite multiple reminders. Each time, we were told the food was “on the way,” but it never arrived. Even something as simple as coffee took an hour and a half, and we ultimately had to cancel the order. There was no proper response from the staff, even after escalating the issue to the reception. The manager of the property was present but showed no interest in addressing our concerns or speaking with us. The lack of accountability was shocking and unacceptable.

We took privilege suite and the rooms were very clean with all toiletries in place. The phone was not working initially which they addressed immediately. The view from the rooms was lovely and picturesque. The food in the restaurant was lip smackingly good and the spread was good. Amenities and indoor game facilities were top notch to keep you engaged
