Pagoda Resort offers an average experience. Despite being labeled as a "resort," it’s really just a basic stay place with no resort-like amenities. The only positive aspect is its location, which is quite convenient. The rooms are quite ordinary, and the exterior façade can be misleading. While the service staff were generally good, the manager was extremely rude, even scolding the staff in front of guests. Overall, if location is your only priority, this place might be fine, but if you're looking for better views and amenities, I recommend exploring other options.

We spend one day there in separate villa. Good response from the management team. Its a quiet & calm place to enjoy. But disappointed with food services & road facilities which is not good. Overall its a good stay.

We booked this resort in make my trip and we realised it was closed for maintenance only after reaching there. We stood on the road searching for a stay . Make my trip actually screwed up our trip this time.

We stayed for two days in pagoda. I would say it’s not worth it. They have given the check in time as 2pm and the checkout time as 12 pm. We reached the room by 2.45 for check in and the rooms were not ready. We even called them prior to let them know that we were on the way. So with all the travel fatigue we had to roam around until they made the room ready and the reason they said was everyone had gone for lunch and there is no one to clean the room. And the room they gave us was literally backside with zero view nor proper windows. What you see on pictures are just the front view. We booked the hotel by seeing the front view of the hotel. It’s not a resort it’s like a hotel. No amenities like a resort. We could get room in a better place cheaper than this. But the breakfast provided there was good. There was no basic amenities which we saw in the pictures of their room too. No glass, no coffee sachets. Etc. And on the day of vacating the room. The check out time was 12pm. We vacated the room by 1pm. We were late coz we thought it won’t be an issue as they gave the room late by 2 hours. But the manger insisted that we should pay a fine of RS 500. When we told that it is not possible. He started abusing the workers in front of us asking them to pay the 500 rs as they are the reason. He literally shouted at the peak of his voice symbolically scolding us through the workers while we walked out . He said that the workers will have to pay the money and so we agreed to pay the money not to create a ruckus with that indecent person. So while checking out we had to pay 500 for 1 hour delay and wherein they gave us the room 2 hours late. Despite all the issues we tried to adjust to the hotel, coz there was no hospitality nothing. Literally felt like staying in a lodge. The mangers behaviour spoiled our stay and we would NOT RECOMMEND This hotel to anyone for that matter. May be if that’s the rule of Their hotel they should have informed us prior or told us in a polite way rather shouting at us would not be the way. I think the owner of the hotel should keep some educated people in such posts. And should concentrate on hospitality part of your property. Edit after owners review: I dint blame the timing of checkin and checkout, I know it’s the same for all the hotels. I’m talking about the time when you gave us the room it was far late from 2pm. And No guest were waiting to check in as we checked out before 1 pm. No lies please!

Stay was good and it's just opposite to pagoda view point.Staffs was good and responsible. Enjoyed our camp fire. Overall its good but little expensive considering breakfast not included in this package.

The management of this resort was highly irresponsible. This was the worst resort we have ever visited. Room service was nonexistent. Although breakfast was supposed to be complimentary, it was only served at 9:30 AM after multiple requests. We were not provided tea also inspite of requests.The service and hospitality were extremely disappointing. After paying the booking fee, the staff showed no concern for our needs and ignored our requests. We were not provided water at night despite several requests, and there was also a water shortage in the toilets. Our stay here was truly a nightmare.
