Hi Rooms don't have Balconies and no room services.No lift. You can enjoy road sides on the way.Very average resort. Don't be cheated by seeing photos .Very expensive rooms and food.

Very good location amongst nature. Pros: Complimentary Bonfire, Good location, no disturbance, wifi. Cons: Very Expensive food, no airtel connectivity in rooms. Pro tip: Bring your own drinks before entering Tamil nadu border. TASMAC has very less options

Excellent resort with full amenities. Best place to spend your holiday with family. Hospitality shown by all staffs are amazing. Food is super tasty. Location around resort is wonderful. Lovely place to stay.

Family room (Freeze room) is spacious and it can accommodate 5 guests easily. This is not a resort (as it doesn't have any amenities like play area, pool, indoor games, outdoor games etc). It's more of a hotel with a pre-order based restaurant. Wifi was not working for half a day due to cabel issue. There is no network in this location. So, communication is impossible without wifi. After complaining, luckily they fixed the wifi at night. We liked the room and the hospitality. The staffs are good and they respond well. But their food is very bad. We ordered dinner here. It was not at all good. The morning breakfast was fine.

The Guy forced to give 5 star review ! And was like u get discount after giving review ! Nice strategy ! The food wasn't served on time ! We had to wait until 10:30 to eat out dinner ! Place is good but service needs to be better!

The place is very shady & smelly. There is no network, no view from the property. Pls do not go by the rating & reviews, all seems to be fake. Instead you can consider White Mint OR SS Silver Oaks in the same range and also easy access to the Peeku park & other adveturous things to do & restaurants nearby. SS Silver Oaks, food is also very good. Bhawan Resorts is so isolated that you do not find even a tea/ coffee shop nearby.

When I booked to stay here with my friends on 10/08/2024 they said Rs.200 per head for unlimited breakfast. But for breakfast they served only 1 Dosa 1 Idli and 1 Puri and when we asked them they treated us very badly

Do not book a cloud room. It's very untidy and full of insects. Lot of cockroaches roaming throughout the room. Very old pillows and bedsheets. Kettle provided was fully rusted inside with dead insects. Food we pre-ordered was charged 2000 but no taste, very less chicken pieces, rice quality was horrible.
