Mango Hill- Yercaud

We stayed in this property recently, we were four families and had a great experience. The location is serene and beautiful, just perfect to escape the heat and buzz of city life. Food and service was really good and the hotel staff were very hospitable making our stay even more memorable. I would recommend the management to take care of some basic upkeep like shower cubicles door in one of the rooms was missing, the balcony net doors had gaps letting insects in and also the swimming pool was not very clean. Though this shortcomings did not impact the quality of our stay, we would have liked that this was taken care of. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I would like to go back to this property again just for the beautiful scenic location.

Had an amazing 2-day stay at this beautiful hilltop resort. Woke up to peacocks and peaceful nature all around — so refreshing! The food was absolutely delicious, and the people here, especially at the front desk, made us feel so welcome. The restaurant felt truly authentic, with warm, genuine service. Would come back just for that!

We had a very pleasurable stay. The location of the stay gives you very easy access to all nearby attractions. The hotel amenities and cleanliness was spot on ! The very best part of the stay was the service. Most humble staff i have seen. They were tending to all our needs immediately and with a welcoming smile. Special mention to Archana and Mohana. Was a really memorable stay for us ! Would 100 % recommend.

The property is really good. It's unique in architecture built like an old fashioned house. And the complementary breakfast is very sumptuous as well. The staff is really courteous and always there to assist you. Definitely recommended for a peaceful getaway.

Great staff. Amazing service. From the reception to the housekeeping to the chef and help staff, everybody do their part with a genuine warmth and smile. The rooms are tidy and spacious, I feel they could be better in terms of more amenities (no locker, no dryer). Overall highly recommend.

Ambience is good but I felt its not comfortable for small kids. Very risky. The walk and the access to the rooms are not kids safe. Rooms were decent. They are all a non air-conditioned room!!! Service was good. They made sure my baby was taken care of. (Baby-Friendly staff) The location is also good. Nice view from the view. Beware of monkeys we have to keep the windows closed... The swimming pool is not filled properly. Food is decent and very accommodating to our preferences .

Pros: - good location, good views Cons: - The bathroom was flooded while showering, the staff did not housekeeping acknowledge the issue and didn't try to fix it. It was a bad experience. - There is no AC in the rooms. - They politely forced us to give a 5 star rating on Tripadvisor even before we got the room keys during check-in. This was infuriating, even at the restaurant they were shoving QR codes on our face asking for Google maps reviews. They need to chill a bit about asking for reviews from the guests. - Every evening after the sunset, there was a guest group blasting DJ music on full volume and dancing on the common ground area, thus destroying the peaceful vibes for the other guests. People go to these resorts to chill a relax, however the loud music noise was anything but relaxing. Good things: - The staff were really polite and professional, and always smiling. - You can get a very nice scenic sunset view from the property. Average things: - The restaurant food was quite average, and the breakfast buffet was also okay. Verdict: 4/5

I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at Mango Hill Resort, Yercaud. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering a relaxing atmosphere throughout our visit. The service was excellent — the staff was attentive and friendly, always ready to help. A special mention to Aparna, Topu, Mohana, front office team for their outstanding service. The food was delicious, and their warm hospitality made our dining experience even better. Overall, it’s a great getaway spot for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy a peaceful holiday in Yercaud. Highly recommended!
