This is spiritual stay location and located very near to Vrindavan , staff is polite and cooperative. Hotel is clean and well maintained with lot of greenery , you can visit Patanjali wellness center as well.

It is wonderful place with beautiful ambiance. The very best , the amount you pay for room goes for child welfare so indirectly you are contributing in good deeds. However I was not satisfied with staff's behaviour. Some of them were very rude and whiche really disappointed me.

A place with resort in is name. However, if you are coming from a tier 1 city you would expect better. The rooms are large, however during the 3 days we were there, electricity was frequently cut, infrastructure is quite old ( there are new rooms, but we were in three old rooms wing). Connectivity is very poor and people are advised the have a vehicle at disposal. Beware monkeys May come in the corridors and there is no protection against them.

I am very disappointed with the behaviour of the staffs. They are not at all professionally trained and very rude. Being a regular guest I used to visit 3 times a month and stay there for days, Manager was too sweet on face but the behaviour and service of resort is horrible. Used to give tips of 3-4k happily to restaurant but lately they were rude and served half cooked food and also charged for that. Particularly theres a reception guy Arun Pathak who is neither professional on top of that very disrespectful. Sorry to say but like this they will loose all their guests. Was thinking of celebrating there with 40 guests but thank God I'm saved now. Don't recommend at all being a regular guest till now. They lack manners & etiquettes to serve guests.

Courteous services, peaceful serene atmosphere, helpful cleaning services, good housekeeping, very clean and comfortable rooms, very respectful and motivated staff, very patient and open to listen, and implement changes as per guest request and guest need. General manager Jaiveer Singh is on premises, very happy to access, help and listen to guest for all their needs to make it a very comfortable stay.
