The hotel does not have a restaurant, although it is listed as part of their facilities. Instead, they arrange food from a nearby dhaba and charge unreasonably. The room was advertised as a double room, but all rooms in the hotel are actually single rooms. There are no basic amenities such as dental kits, combs, or shaving kits. While the hotel is rated 4 stars on Agoda, its facilities and amenities are more in line with a 2-star property, offering only a basic room with an attached bathroom. Hotel mentioned luggage assistance failed badly. The booking site should provide accurate and transparent information. We booked the hotel expecting a comfortable stay, but there was neither comfort nor peace of mind. We also faced safety concerns at night due to the glass door and a faulty lock system that required maintenance. Additionally, the hotel needs to improve hygiene standards, as there were lizards moving around in our room.
