Ritz Resort

I chose this location for my wedding and I must say it was a good decision. Rooms, banquets, lawns everything was very good and the best part was the management there. All the staff were very supportive. Lastly I want to thank all the ritz member for making our special day more special.

Ritz, a grand resort at Sharda Canal Road-Lucknow. We went there for a family function. The decor and rooms were first rate. Their catering had veg Paneer,methi malai Mattar,Dal makhani,pulav and in non veg Chicken dry masala and mutton curry. The food was good and I liked the mutton curry and pulav most !

Ritz resort will give you all that you want . You want serenity you will get it, you need good services, they won’t disappoint you, you need to plan a big event, just opt for it without thinking twice. |I had planned my wedding in Dec, 2024 initially had some doubts since we never had experience the services of this resort but the entire family enjoyed a lot with the comfortable stay and scrumptious food variety. Everything was super comfortable and pleasant. The staff and managers took care of our big event like their own. Special thanks to Mr. Anand who was in constant touch and made sure everything was organised within time and according to our preference. Will continue to visit the resort for more such event.

Clean, hygienic and welcoming place. Environment is peaceful and the hospitality was great, Food was also very good. I would recommend people to visit this place once to have a great experience. I wish this place have even more rooms to accomodate more people during family functions.

Harrowing experience. Not sure how they received 3 star rating for a hotel. They only have 1 bell boy/trolley, so the movement is extremely slow. They are not experienced and trained enough to handle bigger events like a wedding. Resort is ok, but I would not recommend! The staff is extremely rude and misbehaved. You would keep calling their in room dining for 30 mins and no one would pick up. Extremely annoying.

Here's a sample 1-star review: I recently had the misfortune of staying at The Ritz Hotel in Lucknow, and I was appalled by the glaring inequalities in their service and amenities. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that certain guests received preferential treatment based on their social status, wealth, or influence. The staff seemed more attentive and courteous to those who fit a certain profile, while others, like myself, were treated with indifference or disdain. The hotel's policies and amenities also seemed to perpetuate these inequalities. For instance, certain rooms and facilities were reserved for "VIP" guests, while others were left with subpar accommodations and limited access to amenities. As someone who values equality and fairness, I’m mad as hell at the treatment given by The Ritz Hotel's failure to provide a welcoming and inclusive environment for all guests. Until they address these issues, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Rating: dumpster/5

Location is Good. Though far from city traffic but not too far . Ambience is good and so food. Rooms are big and well furnished.

Good place for parties and other gatherings but its totally outside the city thats the only negative point for me for this Resort. Scenery is not that great too .
