Kadamb Resort Spiritual Stay

I recently enjoyed a delightful stay at Kadamb Resort, and it exceeded all my expectations. The accommodations were comfortable and well-appointed, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The highlight of my experience was the staff, who were incredibly cooperative and attentive. Yesterday I was stayed at Kadamb Resort Spiritual Stay in Vrindavan and was disappointed with the cleanliness and service. The blanket provided was extremely dirty, and even after informing the staff 2-3 times, it took 2-3 hours to get a replacement, which was also dirty. The tv also not working even staff behaviour was not good. Such issues are unacceptable, especially at a place that promotes itself as a spiritual and serene retreat. So not recommend this hotel for stay,

The food quality is ultimate delicious, hospitality is always a great. I do recommend for best ever experiences.|| . Our family always prefer to celebrate all occasions at same hotel along with family members. A place for happiness.well done Team Kadamb

I stayed at Kadamb Resort Spiritual Stay in Vrindavan and was disappointed with the cleanliness and service. The blanket provided was extremely dirty, and even after informing the staff 2-3 times, it took 2-3 hours to get a replacement, which was also dirty. The air conditioning (AC) was not working properly, adding to the discomfort. Such issues are unacceptable, especially at a place that promotes itself as a spiritual and serene retreat. While the location might be good, the poor maintenance and service were a letdown.

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel due to an incident involving staff member Rakesh. Unfortunately, I discovered that personal items went missing from my room after it had been serviced. It's incredibly concerning to think that a staff member would steal from guests. This behavior not only affects trust but also tarnishes the reputation of the hotel. I hope management addresses this issue promptly, as it’s crucial for guest safety and satisfaction. I cannot recommend this hotel under these circumstances.

Value for money. If ever there was a place that justified this tag, it's this hotel. The facilities and infrastructure are not exactly 5 star and a lot of the hotel feels like it could do with maintenance inspite of being relatively new, but if you consider what you are paying, it is really good. The staff is very helpful. The food at the restaurant is also pretty good and it is reasonably priced. It's quite close to Prem mandir.

I always recommend most of my friends to visit this hotel and all of them really liked the service of hotel and specially the taste and service of the restaurant. Overall a very good option in Vrindavan to stay.. Many of the temples are at walking distance only..

Having a great experience specialy with Mr. Rakesh... Good food... great ambiance of Hotel.. Having a rich view from restaurant..|Hotel staff behaviour is also good... Hotel also having a swimming pool for children..and a selfie point is also there for tourist.. Thanks
