Don't book!! Don't book!! Don't book!! I had very bad experience with this Hotel.. Sorry it's not a Hotel nor Resort.. It's a shipment container with no facilities. I came to Vrindavan in night and when I called on office number someone said yes rooms are available for 1k per night so I agreed and came to this place & after that their behaviour got changed suddenly. They said no rooms are available at this price, you have to pay 1500 /- for single room. After so much arguments they agreed for 1k so we booked 2 rooms for 4 members and 2 kids below 2 years, but when we visited the room it was horrible. Bedsheet was not cleaned, no towel, no soap, no shampoo, and AC & TV were not working. Even other room had similar problems. So I requested them to change my room but they denied saying that there are no more rooms available. But reality was only 2 or 3 rooms were booked at that time. We managed any how on that night and did checkout next morning at 7:30 am. Again I requested them to put my luggage in clock room, but unfortunately there were no clock room so they kept all the luggage in the office itself. Thanks to another old person who helped me in this case. Then we visited temples during day time & came back in evening again & requested them to provide 1 toilet only for 5 mins to fresh as we have kids & ladies, and this time their behaviour was very rude & unprofessional. They directly denied for any washroom usage even for 5 mins. Guys please don't book this place at any cost even if they offer for free I never go there. Even any ordinary dharamshala could offer more facilities than these container boxes.. I request everyone who is checking reviews please please don't book these rooms.. 🙏🙏 Third class Service.. Third class Rooms.. Unprofessional & Rude Staff.. No humanities.. I never never never recommend to anyone for this place... I recently stayed at Vrinda Resort by Dcrest and had an amazing experience. The staff were professional, attentive, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and the overall ambiance of the resort was relaxing and inviting. I highly recommend Vrinda Resort for anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay. On the other hand, my experience at Kadamb Resort was far from satisfactory. A staff member named Rakesh falsely claimed to be the manager, and unfortunately, I noticed items missing from my room during my stay. The lack of honesty and professionalism at Kadamb Resort left me disappointed. If you’re choosing between the two, Vrinda Resort is the clear winner for service, security, and comfort!

I was guided by a local person for this hotel. Initially I thought it will be a good option but after paying at hotel we found out several problems like frequent power cuts, stinky washrooms and scoching rooms. There is no proper water logging system in the washroom and it was smelling so bad. When asked to clean it staffs were saying it will be cleaned by morning. There is no proper power back up available here. Once electricity is gone you cannot turn on the AC. And it was so humid inside as it is build within a cargo container. Just waste of money...!!

Rooms were good but bathroom buckets were very dirty.they are expanding their rooms that is very good not maintaining the existing property

Fit and finish are not great, no ammaneties at all, bathroom locks were broken but a quiet place to relax.

Horrible rooms and pathetic service... Please dont stay here... Unhygenice room and bathroom. Seems that they never clean their rooms, bed covers.... Bed covers and pillows were stinking....No AC, NO WIFI, NO Functioning TV.... Pictures uploaded by them are fake... Swimming pool is for Monkeys to swim and not for the humans..... Washrooms are so dirty that public toilets are much cleaner than that.

WORST!!!!! . DO NOT BOOK. If you are planning to stay here with your family , it's really a worst option. Staff isn't good , Rooms are really bad. They are not even Rooms , they converted Shipment containers into rooms.
