I myself belongs to service industry this is a genuine feedback to everyone do not book this hotel for your stay . Whatever pictures has been posted in website and booking or agoda .com all are fake . Its completely different from pictures most importantly It's very dirty and required full maintenence. AC is broken washroom is dirty Room are stinking like anything No safety at all Highly not recommended

Location is not good at it seems in photos rooms are very dirty small nd not hegine food in not good there price are high according to thier rooms i suggest you to see other options not this not recommended and one more thing don't pay online for booking it make you fool when u go there in billing time

The Rooms are small but okay for 1 or 2 day stay but need cleanliness. I don’t understand why the water taste weird. We took bath and brush our teeth in the morning and the taste of the water was very weird it’s like coming directly from a treatment plant. They have huge parking but still needs to work on cleanliness and management as very basics things were not there like doormats, towels, spare bedsheets, dustbins. Etc

I was guided by a local person for this hotel. Initially I thought it will be a good option but after paying at hotel we found out several problems like frequent power cuts, stinky washrooms and scoching rooms. There is no proper water logging system in the washroom and it was smelling so bad. When asked to clean it staffs were saying it will be cleaned by morning. There is no proper power back up available here. Once electricity is gone you cannot turn on the AC. And it was so humid inside as it is build within a cargo container. Just waste of money...!!

The resort is in a calm and peaceful location, with luxurious rooms and excellent service. It’s a great place to relax, but it might feel a bit far for those who want to visit nearby attractions. It is about 1.2 kilometers from Prem Mandir, so you can easily walk there.

Don't book!! Don't book!! Don't book!! I had very bad experience with this Hotel.. Sorry it's not a Hotel nor Resort.. It's a shipment container with no facilities. I came to Vrindavan in night and when I called on office number someone said yes rooms are available for 1k per night so I agreed and came to this place & after that their behaviour got changed suddenly. They said no rooms are available at this price, you have to pay 1500 /- for single room. After so much arguments they agreed for 1k so we booked 2 rooms for 4 members and 2 kids below 2 years, but when we visited the room it was horrible. Bedsheet was not cleaned, no towel, no soap, no shampoo, and AC & TV were not working. Even other room had similar problems. So I requested them to change my room but they denied saying that there are no more rooms available. But reality was only 2 or 3 rooms were booked at that time. We managed any how on that night and did checkout next morning at 7:30 am. Again I requested them to put my luggage in clock room, but unfortunately there were no clock room so they kept all the luggage in the office itself. Thanks to another old person who helped me in this case. Then we visited temples during day time & came back in evening again & requested them to provide 1 toilet only for 5 mins to fresh as we have kids & ladies, and this time their behaviour was very rude & unprofessional. They directly denied for any washroom usage even for 5 mins. Guys please don't book this place at any cost even if they offer for free I never go there. Even any ordinary dharamshala could offer more facilities than these container boxes.. I request everyone who is checking reviews please please don't book these rooms.. 🙏🙏 Third class Service.. Third class Rooms.. Unprofessional & Rude Staff.. No humanities.. I never never never recommend to anyone for this place... If you still want to book then please go ahead and check the reality and please do write your reviews 🙏 Radhe Radhe...

Only good thing is that.... It's near to prem Mandir. Otherwise Dharamshala could be better option. I feel more than 300/night is not worth for the quality of rooms. It's literally tankers, with zero privacy, windows can be opened from outside also. Too much gaps between the doors. Geyser is kept for photography, u need to ask for immersion rod if you want hot water. Totally waste
