All the staff are very helpful specially Mr Gangwar.He helped us a lot by making us early check in early in the morning at 4 am. Kitchen staff and the food was also good. Thank u all for making our journey the best.

I have not seen such bad Resort in my life. We went to celebrate our company anniversary. The room is very dirty. Washroom is not good condition. I strongly suggest do not visit in this Propety

I had wedding function there and it was a nightmare. Because of hotel mismanagement my events were ruined. We had everything in writing but the sales team is very good in the job of making fake promises and when it comes to final day they all disappear. Here are the reasons 1. The promises made by manager in the start vs what they delivered finally was absolutely different. We had everything in writing but at the end moment the hotel staff refused to keep their promises eg in food all dishes agreed were not there, food got over so soon, decorator did not deliver and whole family was engaged in getting this done. 2. Staff was very rude and it was very difficult to get even a bottle of water in the rooms. There were drainage issues and fouls smell in so many rooms 3. Staff was not helpful in making any kind of adjustments. They were so rude it seemed like they are doing a favour to us to even move a chair. 4. Frequent power cuts in the hotel. Overall don't book this hotel for any events corporate wedding etc even if you are saving 3-4 lakhs because the mental pain you will go through in these 2-3 days is honestly not worth it. All the good reviews are fake.

We conducted a family wedding recently. The rooms were not very clean. Bedsheet already had stains. Bathrooms were smelly. Room service was literally pathetic. Response was very lousy. Even for water bottles and tea bags we had to struggle a lot and wait for hours. Bathrooms were clogged with a poor sewage system. Staffs inadequacy can be felt everywhere. Although Food and ambience was good. But lack of good service makes it difficult to suggest others to visit this place. The management promised very highly but didn't deliver even fifty percent of what they promised. NOT RECOMMENDED

Nice place, But the old rooms should get renovated and service should be good. Otherwise the planning of the resort is so good. Swimming pool is the best in this resort.

Organised a marriage party there and had a very bad experience specifically with regards to the room services. The rooms were filthy and foul smelling. Their sewage system has some major issues as a result the washrooms were smelling badly. The location is okay full of greenery and food is also good but the way it has been served was not okay. The management is full of negativity....they don't have adequate staff, you have to wait for hours to get even a bottle of water. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL

This resort is located in the foot hills of the corbett national park and is far in plains from actual forest area. Located at the highway from ram nagar to Nainital and outskirts of Ramnagar. The resort is deep inside off the highway and has a difficult approach navigating small streets which has congestion many a times causing blockages on road. Please evaluate well before booking this place as not so well connected with Market and main highway and not easy to find the cabs taxi auto rickshaw etc if you do-not have your own car. rooms are large and spacious and we had attended a wedding ceremony in this place and found spacious lawns gardens available for managing family wedding functions very well. But only approach road is a problem and location is an issue. Food wise was found to be average .
