Service 10/10, Food 10/10 , Hospitality 10/10 . Cleanliness 10/10. Check in was smooth, infact they let us do early check in without any hassle. Rooms were spacious and clean. Food was amazing and so was their service. I would really recommend this property if you want to have a relaxing stay with tour family or friends. Swimming pool was clean and well maintained. Its a perfect getaway.

"Visited Crestmont Manral Resort on August 8, 2025, and was thoroughly disappointed. The room had water leakage issues and the lighting was very dim, which made the space feel uninviting. The location didn't inspire me to take photos either. Given the state of the room and overall experience, I wouldn't recommend this resort to anyone. It was my first and last visit here."

Road to the hotel is narrow and in bad shape. There is nothing nearby. Room service is very slow. People at reception area only there to make excuses. Room was spacious. Big swimming pool but was full of chemicals and dirt in evening. Big garden area and greenery. Kids play area. Restaurant staff is good.

Terrible Experience – Unprofessional, Unhygienic & Unresponsive Stayed 11-14 June 2025 in Room 01 — the worst hospitality I’ve ever seen. No basic service: Multiple calls for drinking water were ignored; when provided, it was from a dirty outdoor cooler. Pathetic food: Undercooked chapati, burnt food, and stones in dal twice — no apology or action. Religious disrespect: Despite clear instructions, they served food with onion/garlic against our beliefs. Filthy extra bed: Provided late night after many reminders — mattress was dirty. Insect-infested room: Complaints made but no action. Chaotic checkout: Waited over 2 hours despite being ready on time. No proof of stay provided despite requests. No response on complaints even after several emails. Extremely careless and rude staff — not recommended at all!

The hotel is located in a nice area, but the service was extremely poor and disappointing. Despite room being ready, we were made to wait at the reception just because we had booked through an online portal and were not given early check-in. Even after finally receiving the room key at 1:30 PM, it was in a terrible condition—dirty, smelly, and clearly not cleaned after the previous guest checked out. We were traveling with a child and tried to switch on the TV, only to find there was no recharge. We called the reception three times, but nothing was done about it until we checked out. Basic amenities like drinking water were also neglected—we had to repeatedly request it before they provided any. Overall, a very unpleasant experience. Would not recommend this hotel based on service quality
