I received excellent service from F&B Manager Divyanshu during my hotel stay. He paid attention to all my needs and the quality of his services was very good. He worked very hard and with dedication and his helpfulness allowed me to make good use of the food facilities. I would like to thank him and appreciate his services. I would like to recommend his services and use them again during my next stay at the hotel.

Was expecting a beautiful stay at this hotel but some things didn’t turn as expected. I visited this place on college tour. Firstly, the service was pathetic. The staff is not considerate and serious about guests’ requests. We had asked them to help us with our luggage, but no one turned for good 45 minutes, and eventually we had to get the luggage down ourselves. Also the food was not that great, I feel if one is paying a decent amount they should also get food which is decent enough. Also the TVs in some rooms were not working. The one thing which I liked was the play area and the swimming pool. Also the property is beautiful but they need to be a bit more considerate.

The environment is really nature friendly and resort is well maintained. Overall hospitality was good. Staff was very friendly helpful and Mr. Divyansh f&b manager of the resort appeared to enjoy their job. We enjoyed a lot and for sure will recommend for our family and friends.

If you are looking for an honest review, here it is. I am writing this while staying at the hotel. The property looks great, but the rooms are not up to the mark. The bathroom is filled with dirty stains. They don’t seem to care about guest comfort, as I’m shivering in the room due to the cold. They don’t provide a heater, and when I requested one, they asked for extra payment. Which resort does that? I’m very disappointed that even basic guest requirements are not met.

We enjoyed our stay at DLS forest vines resort. Property is very well Maintained & rooms are also clean. Property location almost near jungle & still they have maintained all things very well. I would like to say their kitchen food is very delicious & having lot of varieties in buffet & breakfast.. we really enjoyed every dish& Their staff member from restaurant team Mr. Kamal has given excellent service through out our stay. Thanks a lot for the same.

Nice ambience & good service ,rooms are good and clean. Fresh air with staff team was excellent and very cooperative.. food was amazing with great service by the team of restaurant special a manager with there team wish too visit again..nearby village people behaviour is friendly..

Food was overpriced but the taste was really good. The room was very nice, however, cleaning service could be better. Ambience is very nice, however, there is nothing much outside, the resort is in an isolated place.

I booked this room for 1 day and thank goodness only for one day the room is big and spacious but the bed is so uncomfortable and pillows are so big and there are cockroaches in the lobby and the room and even in the bathroom and to make things worst there are pigeons in lobby as well.The lobby smells so bad because of the pigeons. The and comforter is also so bad, it keeps irritating my skin while sleeping. Then we went at the restaurant there were so many flies in the restaurant it was really disgusting and on the top of that it took so long for the order to come. And you have to walk so much to get into the room plus there is no lift as well. And the power kept getting off every single time it was really irritating. It was a really bad experience for me Well there are some good side of the resort too that they have really good breakfast with a variety of food.
