The place may look nice, but the staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. Even the owner has a terrible attitude and clearly doesn’t care about customer service. I went with my wife, and we were mistreated without reason. No courtesy, no basic manners – just pure arrogance from the moment we arrived. On top of that, there were no proper seating arrangements. We were left to sit uncomfortably in the heat with no proper cooling – totally unacceptable, especially for the high prices they charge. The entire experience was disappointing and frustrating. Would not recommend this place to anyone looking for respectful service or a pleasant outing.

I had a wonderful experience. The food was absolutely delicious – fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. What made the visit even better was the service. Shivansh, who served me, was incredibly polite, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. He made sure everything was perfect from start to finish.

Let me start by talking about the gatekeeper who completely threw us off the moment we arrived. He told us there was a 500₹ entry fee, but once we got inside the café, we found out there’s no such thing—total nonsense! It was such a letdown to see a place this nice pull off such a cheap trick. I’m not sure if the management put him up to it or if he’s just acting on his own, but either way, it’s a bad look. A piece of advice to the owner: please stop trying to gauge how much your guests can pay. Those who can afford to splurge will do so naturally, and those who can’t will simply leave. If the guard is pulling these stunts on his own, you need to address it immediately. But if he’s been told to do this, then honestly, shame on you for allowing such practices. However, I have to admit the food here is absolutely phenomenal—hats off to the kitchen team for saving the day with their amazing dishes!

Perfect cafe in the mountains! This cafe gives you all the mountain vibes with its wooden interior, small waterfall, outdoor sitting and cabana rooms. We were really amazed by it's ambience and cozy vibes. The food was amazing and service was also nice. In all, a must visit cafe.

First of all i would like to tell you all that thhe reviews which talk about that property's bad condition or the rude behaviour of ths staff are all fake reviews. I was also appreresive after reading such kind of reviews but i decided to go there and booked my stay for one night and i was totally mesmerised by the ambience,the cleanliness and the polite behaviour of the staff. Kapil took every great care of our all the requirements. He even arranged for the breakfast before there scheduled timings for me. The food was too yummy specially the parathas. The only issue we felt is that property a bit highly priced and the jacuzzi was not working so basically its just a bath tub and not jaccuzi. I would like to request the management to look into it.

The cafe was lush-green and we really enjoyed our time. But since it was Sunday,the place was bit crowded but altogether a beautiful cafe for people like us who are nature-lovers🌷.
