Well let me tell all a real fact. First of all I could not say this a resort it's more like a kind of homestay. Entry of this resort will really disappoints you as it's very congested which is fine but on top of it it's totally uncleaned, onions shells were everywhere. Most tables and chairs were broken. Not all room has geysers, one geyser interconnected to all other, no other facility in the rooms except a bed Food was pathetic and very slow service. Overall it's not worth of 2000 rupees a room. I suggest the owner that please do something about your property and please do some maintanence overall and I m sure you will have more good ratings.

1. Rooms are overpriced as they have nothing but a bed. 2. Food will be ready after 2 hrs of waiting and not good in taste 3. One can easily freeze to death in winters inside the rooms at night, no heating, no bonfire available (as promised at the time of booking), chilled air comes inside through non insulated tin roofs and God knows what will happen if it rains or snows. 4. Overall a bad pick for your preciously timed vacations.

in short, "pathetic". but you must read in detail before you decide on booking this place. the management can be as bad as it can. even the most basic thing such as water is not available most of the times. be it drinking water or running water in the washrooms. and the worst part is how this severe lack of service is defended by calling the resort as on "offbeat location", it is not really. next comes the peace, if you are looking for peace, this is the place where you can lose the one you already have. the place very shamelessly gives away the rooms to people who would create ruckus, drink all day and night, and play loud music. the rooms are made as such that you can hear even people in the other rooms whispering, you can imagine what happens when they talk or play music. at first, they provide full access to people who might harm your safety, especially as a couple or family, and then they would give you the worst services and claim that they did a great job just because you made it out alive. if you are a couple, a peace loving family or students group looking for a cool place to hangout, this is surely not for you. the location is again very far from dhanaulti and musoorie, so if you don't have your own vehicle, you would just be stuck inside four walls, with people shouting and brawling all around, and most importantly, with no water in your toilet!

Few things which I would like to highlight 1. No other facility in rooms like electric kettle, side drawer ,almirah. Only double bed but with hard matresses 2. Not all rooms are fitted with geysers, maybe they are interconnected but then you have to disturb other room to do a favour for you. 3. Very dirty entry of resort 4. Food was tasteless 5. Broken tables and few chairs. Overall it's not worth of 2000 rupees room . Yeah view of the property is nice from where you can see himalayas. But I guess that could be visible from any resort of buraskhand

Very peaceful place and mesmerizing Himalayan peak view. Even, You can see sunrise from your room. Food is awesome and good response from the staff. They are providing everything which is written on site.

Zero star for this but Google not allow for zero star. It's not a hotel or resort. It's a worst property and my life biggest worst experience. All thing like overprice , room and matters not good, very cold feeling inside room, food and service OMG ( I think bhandara/langger is very much good from this which is free of cost). CAUTION - Choosing this will be very big mistake.

Location is very amazing and rooms are not up to the mark. Food is pathetic and about service if you order something and you will get in next 1-2 hours. I must say location is the only reason to visit at this resort.
