Sterling Nainital

I recently stayed at Sterling Holiday Hotel in Nainital with my family, and it was a fantastic experience! The hotel’s location is perfect – isolated and peaceful, yet convenient for local sightseeing. It’s an excellent retreat away from the crowds. The food was of good quality, as expected from a top-tier hotel, though I felt the menu could offer more variety. The space and ambience were outstanding, providing a serene and comfortable environment throughout our stay. The hotel also excelled in cleanliness, which was up to the mark and added to the overall experience. The only area for improvement is the parking facility, which is limited to 10-12 cars and tends to fill up on weekends. Expanding this would be helpful. Overall, our 3-day stay was incredibly relaxing, and I highly recommend Sterling Nainital for a peaceful getaway. A well-deserved 5 stars from me!

Excellent food and services. I loved butter chicken and phirni. Restaurant staffs Pushkar and Abhishek were very cooperative. We have taken buffet mean and was good option there. Had limited option in sweets but Phirni was good. May add fish in the main course.

After four days, I would like to share my overall impression of Sterling Nainital. Starting with the location, it was ideally situated and a terrific spot to spend quality time with excellent service. The employees were quite kind and helpful, in my opinion.Everything about my visit was excellent, including the meals, room amenities, and services. In addition, I would like to thank Deepak, Abhishek, and Lakhan for their excellent room service, supper, and entertainment performances. If you want to spend quality time with a loved one, I strongly suggest it. I'm having a terrific time overall and am thoroughly enjoying my stay. Overall, the hotel personnel was helpful and gave me a warm, respectful welcome.

I stayed with my Family at Sterling Nainital for 2 days. The location is little far from the main town which makes it perfect for quiet vacation. The rooms were clean and spacious. The valley view from the room is Spectacular. Room service is excellent. Thanks to Lucky for quick help with the room services. The food was great and tasty. Especially I liked their service at the restaurant where they gave attention to each table. Thanks to Abhishek for that. Overall it’s a good stay and will definitely stay here again when I visit.

We were a group of 10 people along with infants. It’s an amazing hotel and excellent service of the staff. Restaurant was fulfilling as well. We had special requests like arranging food at odd hours or preparing one of the food items from our native place and hotel was more than willing to fulfill them beyond our satisfaction. Would recommend!

Its a good property to stay if you are looking to visit Kaichi Dham & Nanital Rooms are excellent and service is good The staff was super supportive and thr manager Rakhi, Sandhya, Hema & Kamal were really supportive.

The sterling was cherry on the cake for our trip to Nainital..It was awesome staying in nainital. Firstly we got upgraded. Secondly the food, service, and hospitality was too good. We were having limited time and they helped us to plan the best possible itinerary in limited time to cover. Rooms were spacious and there is a game room too. The view from the balcony was also nice. Overall a wonderful stay. It is 6 km from the mall road. We were having our vehicle so that's not the issue with us. They also provide scooty on rent, but not all the time. It depends on the season..

Be careful with this hotel. I checked in on Jan 3rd and left on Jan 6th. I paid my bill in full about $428.00. The next day I saw a charge of $361.37. When I called they said they will investigate. Then I was informed I was charged in error. Then they said they cannot refund me because it’s a “foreign bank” and asked me to provide a local contact and share his account so they can refund a local account. A week later I received a message that my card won’t be charged. Well my card has been charged. I would have given them the benefit of doubt but this is surely a scam. They overcharge customers and if it’s not noticed they pocket the money. Shameful for a chain like Sterling
