My parents had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Nainital. The staff went above and beyond to ensure they were comfortable and well taken care of. From the warm welcome to the attentive service throughout their visit, they felt truly valued. The food was delicious and catered to their preferences, making every meal a delight. Overall, it was a perfect choice for their getaway, and I’m grateful for the exceptional care they received.

Room was not as shown in photos. Washroom water leakage. room lock from inside was not proper. Even after complain they didn't fixed it. Hot water only till 10:00 or before 11. Food was good. Intercom system was not working. View from balcony was okay.

Hotel owner was very irresponsible and careless. He didn’t even know how to talk to someone. Hotel staffs were also careless, they didn’t provide the room amenities on time and especially they should learn some good things about hospitality that to handle the situations. Food was very tasteless. I would love to rate you in minus if there is any option for this. Trust me if anything will happen just because of them to you and your vehicles or luggage they will not be responsible which is very unprofessional and disgusting.

The staff was very friendly and polite. Stay was very comfortable. Food prepared by Mr Kailash Singh was delicious. Whole staff took good care of us.

The room provided ample space, and we were delighted by the complimentary upgrade. The culinary experience was delightful, with flavors that truly satisfied the palate. Additionally, the generous parking facilities offered ample space. The staff members were exceptionally accommodating and provided valuable assistance throughout our stay.

The rooms are really bad. The bathrooms were smelly af. Though the staff were really helpful and readily moved us to another room but I wont stay there again. Food was good.

Budget place. Rooms are just average. Food is very good. The chef takes extra care to serve you and takes feedback after every meal. The service team is excellent.
