During my recent visit to your establishment, I discovered that there was a worm in the food I was served. I recommend a thorough inspection of your kitchen and food preparation areas to identify and rectify any potential sources of contamination. Rooms were quite expensive as compared to the facilities provided. But the location was one hundred percent recommended. Every room has a unique view from the window. Behind the resort, the river is flowing, which gives this place a heavenly addition. The food was fine. They also have a small swimming pool, which wasn't in use at the time we went there. They also provide bonfire. Rooms were big, but were not very well maintained. They need to work on furniture and washrooms. But the place was overall very beautiful.

Rooms are fine here service is fine as well but the best part of this property is its location just next to river kosi and the rooms located in mango tree's garden

The resort is a hell do not stay in this resort. The rooms and bathroom are dirty being very old construction and that too not maintained properly. The bedsheet are also very dirty and torn ones. I left the resort within 15 to 30 minutes after trying 2 to 3 rooms all the room were bad in condition. The greedy owner did not refund my advance paid amount Rs 3500/-. The rooms are not worth Rs 500/- also. It's a genuine review please do not waste your money on this resort . Thanks

Worst place to stay... very bad service.. they have charged INR 12400 for two days but service was worst.. Room wan not clean and there was smell in rooms. Bad quality of food.

The moment I checked into the resort I was taken back to the Bad Old Times (Sarkari) management, style and this is before I could even go to the room. I am pretty sure that no other resort has this kind of vast space but, as the saying goes it is not how much you have but what you make of it! The management is so bad that it takes away the charm pretty quickly. Rooms are comfortable but not luxurious, bathrooms have broken glass shower area, hardly any toiletries. You shall come into rude fact when the staff tells you that there is no fridge in the room, and for getting the beer/beverage cold, he shall not take more than a number of bottles. The saga continues; I agreed for the number of bottles as told by the staff, used the cool drink and asked him to take that many bottles to be cooled. On this (read 2nd time) the guy must have had enough, and told me that it shall be chargeable (just to get rid of it). Food is something that is really bad, not at all good. People who are coming must be for the view and the spaciousness but, am for sure that there would not be repeat customers. Final Verdict: You can surely give it a miss. If actual river side is what you are looking at in Marchula, then go for Corbett River Creek which is just 2 kms further ahead. Been there and it is reasonably priced, very delicious food and immaculate service.

Top notch service and facilities. Friendly staff and excellent location. With amazing food and activities:) ||||What more do you ask for? It’s a must visit!!!||||I had initially booked 2 rooms for 2 nights but ended up extending it to 2 more nights because it was just amazinggg. ||||~ cherry

This is one of the best resorts I have ever visited. This resort has the best staff. They are all very humble and friendly. The resort has all the facilities like swimming pool, garden area, amazing food, room services etc. Would definitely visit here again.
