The spa also provided much-needed relaxation, loved by us and our guests alike. ||Each department—F&B, rooms, entertainment, and spa, worked with professionalism, honesty, and care, and the staff’s politeness made the experience seamless. Absolutely spectacular view from my room...staff were very conscientious and professional. Part of a group tour of northern India and such a lovely hotel, I'm so glad we spent two nights there. Definitely worth a visit. The greeting as we arrived was lovely too.

We recently visited Divine Spa and Resort for a company offsite. The resort is beautifully located on the banks of the Ganga River, offering a perfect retreat for everyone. It even has its own ghat, adding to the serene experience. Most of the rooms offer stunning views of the Ganga, making the stay truly pleasurable. The food and service were also commendable

The waiters, Mukesh, Pahlad and Amurag were very helpful, knowledgeable and respectful. The food was beautiful and inexpensive. The views over the Ganga are vast, and there was even an unexpected dance performance below us. We would have loved to stay long, and will surely return.

We went in with very high expectations for the amount being paid, but somehow the rooms and the overall feel was not so great. There was dampness in the rooms (& to their credit they offered a change, but once you are tired and unpacked that is the last thing one wants to do). It shouldn’t have been allotted in the first place or at least brought to the attention before they did. Rooms were not made during the next day… Their room attendant - Pradeep Kumar tried his level best to brighten us up.

The best ever experience of the hotel stay in Rishikesh. The service which starts from welcoming at the reception desk to the restaurant is as awesome as we cant able to find words to express. All staff are helpful and very polite. Caring of the guest is wonderful ,The experience was a memorable one , The food was also well made and our requests were also accommodated well. Great rooms ,views as well as facilities. Great place to come with friends and family.I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay, whether for business or leisure. I will definitely be returning on my next visit!

We had booked the whole property for my wedding , It was a great experience , i would like to mention about Chef Bijender Rawat - such a gem of a person - what a great human |All the dishes prepared by him were great |Goswami ji , Tiwari ji , Onkar ji were also very cooperative

We were there to celebrate our Mother 75th Birthday . It was an excellent experience starting from front office to Food & Beverage to Chefs . We have requested to do some Gurhwali food which was done by chefs them . Chef at morning Dosa counter was very creative . Food was so yummy that all 3 night we had dinner at Hotel . Chefs & F&B team always interact with guest during Breakfast . House keeping Boy who did all our 6 room was very nice . View from Rooms were there Best .|Thankyou Mr. Bhupendra for all support .
