Imperial Triangle Resort

It was one of the worst experiences of my life. The bathroom and overall cleanliness were terrible — nothing was properly maintained or functioning. I came with my family, and it took us at least two hours just to get a slightly decent room. Even then, the bedsheets and linens had clearly not been changed and were used by previous guests. The service was extremely poor — no one seemed concerned or helpful. There was no continuous electricity, no water available, and the food was bland and tasteless. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

Absolutely horrendous. Never thought Rishikesh would be such an underwhelming experience. Food was tasteless. Rooms were dirty. There were power cuts. The only good thing about this whole episode was that we planned to just stay there for two days. Please do not choose this resort. They should pay the visitors to stay there.

Horrible experience. We've never had to deal with so many things in just one day. The workers were rude and late to everything. The rooms were not cleaned, washrooms were dirty and leaking and in half of them the flush was not working. The pool/tap water was very dirty. The food was bland and tasteless. I seriously don't get why people start up a business if they don't want to treat their customers right.

Very Disappointing Stay – Not Recommended We had a terrible experience at Imperial Triangle Resort in Shivpuri, Rishikesh. The cleanliness was extremely poor—rooms and bathrooms were dirty and unkempt. There was absolutely no proper service; staff seemed disinterested and unresponsive to basic requests. On top of that, the food quality was below average, lacking both taste and hygiene. Definitely not worth the price. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Absolutely disgusting! The room was filthy — dirty floors, stained sheets, hair in the bathroom, and a horrible smell. It was clear that no proper cleaning had been done. When we complained, the staff were rude, dismissive, and made zero effort to fix the issue. This is by far the worst resort experience I’ve ever had. Complete waste of money. Shame on the management for running such a terrible place. Avoid at all cost.

It was one of the worst experience. Because of the resort our whole trip was practically ruined. The service was bad and the workers were rude. There was no working washroom, everything was leaking and the water was very dirty. They served the food very late and it was very tasteless. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

If you're traveling with family or are looking for a pleasant stay, this should be the last place you consider, to stay around in rishikesh. Extremely bad room service, there was absolutely no maintenance in terms of sheets, washrooms, cafeteria or any common spaces like the pool. We were given unwashed sheets and pillow covers. The washrooms were not cleaned and the flush was not functioning. The menu they have given is just for advertising purposes, real food was worse than something you eat when you're sick. No hygeine was followed in the kitchen, wale saw mouldy bread stored inside the fridge. And while confronting them about any of the issues the staff was extremely rude and non-cooperative, they had no basic decency with regards to handling the guests and taking responsibility. Moreover if you search for the imperial triangle resort and put it on Google maps it shows the snow tiger resort which was the property below them, so please careful.

Tourists please see all the good reviews are by the family members of Ms. Seema Sharma (owner) as very poor services they provide, there's power cuts in midnight and not water supply issues then in midnight you are left with no options to bear inconvenience caused as if you are with family, their poor manager Gulshan is not having diesel to run the genset, Seema Sharma owner is based in Delhi, their staff is told to collect the full amount from travellers before bedtime so that they are left helpless in midnight without any proper facilities. They don't have any proper arrangements for car parking, mostly ACs are disfunct and water supply for sanitation is also dependent on power supply. Don't ever take their services.
